Having spoken to Annie about renovation of my cane furniture originally.purchased possibly 30 years ago, she confirmed that the manufacturer still worked for Holloways. Things quickly got under way with fabric samples being sent.and chosen. Two delightful young men collected and subsequently delivered the furniture and I am delighted with the result. Thank you Holloways, and especially Annie and the boys - an excellent service.

From the moment I sent a general email enquiring about the conservatory furniture I was impressed with Holloways. Jo was very helpful and efficient with her responses, so much so we decided to travel from North Yorkshire to visit the showroom so we could see the furniture for ourselves! It was made worthwhile by the excellent range and display of furniture, Annie was very helpful too in Jo’s absence and we also got to enjoy a delicious lunch in the cafe. We didn’t have long to wait for our furniture to be delivered once it was ordered and it was great that the guys that delivered it are from the company too…….what a great service you offer. We are sooooooo pleased with our Kew Furniture and would definitely recommend Holloways. I’m just sad that it is such a long way from us otherwise I would definitely be visiting again. Always enjoy visiting your business be it for coffee, lunch etc. You have quality products and always seem to find what I am after. The staff are very polite and helpful. The delivery 'boys' were really nice 'lads' and placed the items exactly where I wanted them. All round you have a business I am happy to deal with.

Holloways have been absolutely first class in every way, from the helpful staff when buying my sofa to the delivery men putting it into position in my house. I bought my furniture about 10 months ago but due to delays in building work it has only just been delivered. Holloways stored it for free and nothing was too much trouble. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality and comfort of the sofa and chair and the fact that it was very favourably priced compared to other well known sofa companies. I wanted to furnish our garden room from scratch.
Having listened to my brief, Jo Blackwell designed a layout for me, zoning the areas etc. She was spot on.
As we are in North Yorkshire, I took a risk not trying the furniture for comfort but needn’t have worried.
The furniture arrived before Christmas and I couldn’t be happier. Luckily Holloways is located far from me, otherwise my bank balance would suffer!

Superb service from purchasing right through to delivery. Sarah was most helpful in helping us when we were choosing what we wanted. Then a phone call to arrange a date for delivery. The two lads who delivered the two sofas were only too willing to move our old furniture outside ready to be collected later. All in all a first class service. Highly recommend them.

I bought a Neptune dining table from Holloways, so that I could have more control over delivery date. And I wasn’t disappointed. Everything was organised as I needed & the table was delivered by the Holloways delivery team who were very efficient & friendly.

I've now ordered 3 times from Holloway's and have always found them very helpful, efficient and friendly. In addition, the quality of the items I've bought has always been excellent. The delivery of my most recent order to my 6th floor flat was very problematic and Tom and Max could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond in trying to resolve the difficulties we had. This was in stark contrast to experiences we've had with other large national companies. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

I have nothing but good things to say about Holloways. From ordering our fabulous Derby teak table with 8 beautiful Lisboa chairs, delivered on the date we wanted (by super efficient and helpful team), to the separate delivery of the vintage galvanised trough and bird bath, we have had excellent service and will definitely use Holloways again, and recommend them to others. Thank you all.

Joanne was great, very helpful in our decision making and went the extra mile to get us a very good deal. The furniture is great, just like the other items we've had from Holloways. Would highly recommend them.

Received first class attention and advice from Annie in the shop in relation to the purchase of sofa, armchair and footstool. They were delivered and manoeuvred expertly upstairs by Lee and Tom who were super ambassadors for Holloways.
The sofa is made by a traditional bed maker and has sprung cushions making it loungingly comfortable. The colour variations of the sofa , chair snd footstool (sapphire, jade and terracotta) work incredibly well together and blend brilliantly with the feature cushions and my Persian rug.

Fabulous customer service in all departments. A really lovely restaurant. Spotlessly clean and the coffee & cakes were amazing!

Staff were very helpful in assisting us to select our conservatory furniture, also, the home design service is something we will be taking advantage of. From ordering through to delivery, the service is second to none. One thing I feel I should mention, - my husband was suddenly admitted to hospital and we were unable to take delivery on the agreed date, but Holloways staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were able to hold our furniture until we were back home and able to accept delivery. Thanks so much for that.
The delivery team were very professional. Everything was carefully unpacked and put in place, and all the packaging cleared away without any fuss. We are delighted and the furniture looks really stylish. We will definitely be back!!

Visited today (Thursday), Victoria was incredibly helpful in putting colours together for us, purchased 5 cushions which are already on the sofa. Not the colours I would have picked out but they look fantastic. Thanks Victoria for taking away the pain :)

A fantastic company to deal with. Sales were very helpful, delivery service kept in touch all the way. Customer care is excellent, caring if we were happy. We had reason to return a sofa and chair needing attention. Issue sorted quickly and returned to us. Nothing was a trouble to them.

What a smashing place and a rural situation that makes a visit so much more special. Had been looking for a comfortable chair for ages and found it at Holloways.
Really nice people so all in all, a big plus.
