Holloways have been excellent. No only is the product selection outstanding, but when I ordered 3 of the same items one of them was damaged. The items were fragile and I believe the damage was part of the manufacturing process. Packing was as good as you can expected. Anyway, on contacting them within 24hrs the sent a replacement and didn't request the defective order to be returned, just disposed of. As a customer, it's amazing to experience this level of trust. No problem buying from them again.

We were looking for a new garden set and opted for the HAY Palissade Dining set, following on from our research we came across Holloways of Ludlow who's website we thought was very professional looking and inviting. The dining set was competitively priced based on other sites out there, the ordering process was very easy to follow, we received the order confirmation and anticipated delivery date within days.
