Quality of lights poor and long delays on delivery.
Ordered outside wall lights. Delivery took twice as long as originally advised, although communication about the delay once Holloways was contacted was extremely good. Having then installed the lights (used a qualified electrician) one stopped working after a couple of days, so while the lights look high quality, this didn’t translate into being functional. Very disappointed as lights expensive, took a long time to arrive (over four months) and one out of six doesn’t work!

Store credit of no use as I will not buy from them again.
This unfortunatley is the 2nd time I have to give a bad review. 3 pendant kitchen lights delivered to wrong address 3 times. Paid my electrician to fit them. 2 were broken and the 3rd was unsafe to hang as the fitting was the same as the 2 broken ones. Holloways sent out 3 new flex and fitments to the wrong address again.. We have had to go collect each wrongly delivered parcel;. My Electrician came again to fit them so I had to pay him again.. I contacted Holloways and they offered me store credit. NO thank you wouldnt buy any thing from them again.

Everything excellent except the mess up on the original order in which the wrong colour was ordered for me by Holloways. The mistake was dealt with well but in the end it did take rather a long time.
