Lovely product. Delayed delivery due to the strikes but great customer service keeping me updated. Will buy again.

I placed an order on 2nd December my order was shipped on 6th December but they are nowhere to be seen. Royal Mail tracking is not showing me where my order is so looks like they have been lost in transit 😔 I have ordered from this company before and never had a problem but disappointed I have not received this order as they were xmas gifts.

Quick service, even with the postal delays. They will be part of a present, but look great!

Amazing sweets that I’ve tasted before. Bought as gifts for my sons’ girlfriends and I know they’re gonna love them. Postal strikes have made things slow but I like to support small and I support the postmen but I was relieved when the turned up can’t lie 😁

Have had 4 orders since September as gifts and stocking fillers. They are a great quality product with prompt delivery.

Unfortunately I placed an order on the 22nd Nov and basically booked redelivery twice with the post office and they deny the order is there.
I sent an email to this business and was basically told go away the items are at the post office. I work full time and have booked redelivery twice. Still nothing
Now I accept that there are strikes, so I politely asked for a refund to be told no.
I have never had such an awful service from a small business, I truly hope that my £15 order helps you this Christmas please remember that you don't deserve it.
