Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered a T-shirt on March 23rd and 3 1/2 months later it still has not arrived! I have repeatedly emailed this company, and every time they respond to me, they claim my order has been shipped to my address but I still haven’t received it. I also asked for my money back and they simply just said that my order has been shipped to my address. Luckily, I received my money back through my bank this week. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered on the 17th of May and I’m yet to receive my order. I have tried to contact them but all I’m being told is they are producing it from scratch and it will take between 2-4weeks . Now it is over 6weeks, still nothing! It’s so frustrating and annoying. I’m never buying from them again.

Really sad. I ordered some t-shirts on 13th May to give to my son on his birthday on 3rd June. I checked the site for delivery info to make sure they’d arrive on time and it said ‘fast delivery’ as a feature at the bottom so I thought I had plenty of time.
There was a sale on - I assumed clearing out old stock - so I was surprised when, instead of receiving an order confirmation, I just got an email that said ‘thanks for your order, it’ll be 2-4 weeks as we’re making your items from scratch’. Which seemed weird as they were in the sale?
After about 4.5 weeks I emailed to say that I was disappointed and they’d missed my son’s birthday as I’d still not received anything. I just got back an auto-reply which conveniently said that my order had been sent and would be with me by the end of the week. It is now seven weeks and I still have nothing. I have put in a dispute with my card because, like others, I feel that this wasn’t what I was hoping for from a Christian company. Maybe they’re just completely overwhelmed with orders, but if this is the case then I wish they’d stop sending out ‘flash sale’ emails every couple of days, as all this will do is lead to more disappointed customers.

I ordered on 1st June order didn't arrive. Contacted and explained. The response was quite defensive. They told me it had been shipped to address. I tried to explain it hadn't been received. They then just blatantly ignored my response. It felt more like an argument than a conversation. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Take your money and ignore you.
I will tell the world every chance I get of your dishonesty and lack of compassion.

Good quality and fits well

So disappointed. I have ordered clothes from this company months ago. Never received any clothes and still awaiting for a refund. They are now ignoring me. Horrible.

I honestly never thought I’d be writing a review like this especially not for a Christian brand. It’s now been FOUR months since I placed my order, and I haven’t received a single item. What hurts even more is that after reaching out multiple times, I’ve been completely ignored. No update, no refund, no communication. Just silence.

I really tried to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt. I was excited to support a brand that represents faith, purpose and community. But this experience has left me feeling disappointed. It’s painful when a brand that carries the name of Christ operates with such a lack of care, honesty and responsibility.

Even as I’m writing this, I’m frustrated. I expected better. If you claim to represent Christ, then the standard should be higher, not lower. Unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered om 2nd of May and it never came. Initially I got a response when I chased up that ot was going to arrive and it never did. Subsequent emails have been ignored. This is the first time in my life I have ever felt it necessary to give a bad review about a business. I simply want to save the others the trouble. You can't be selling Christian clothing and taking payments yet not delivering on what they have paid and have trusted you to deliver to them. This was my first time ordering and I'll never do it again. It's a shame. I recommend you take this review honestly because you never know who the people are that are trying to buy from you. If this was a potential investment opportunity you have made a TERRIBLE impression. Needless to say, as a customer you still made a terrible impression regardless.

Love the quality and my T-shirt arrived in time for my event.

I have ordered from Holy Religion before and the first time I ordered from them I did have to email them in order to get my order and it was late this time. I made two orders in one month, one on the April 9th and one on April 24th. It is now June 23rd. None of them have been received. I emailed them the first time they took a while to reply to me and they said that it would be delivered the next week that has passed and no sign of my order being delivered. I will not order from holy religion again. Find someplace else they may be affordable but there's a good reason for that. They say they'll deliver in 2 to 4 weeks. Most of the time you will not get your orders for over 2 months.

I haven’t purchased any of the clothing yet so I can’t speak on the quality but I like the message being pushed and the designs are good

Holy religions whole look of the brand, and message behind really had me reeled in. I decided to get one of their t-shirts, which came at the date stated and the website was easy to use as well. The t-shirts was great quality as well as it being true to fit as well! Excellent service 🙌🏾

Your correspondence on 5th June states my order was fraudulent. How is that possible when the money £21.93. Left my account on 21st March. You have mentioned contacting me by email. Just please send me the evidence of delivery by Royal.Mail.
