I don’t understand a company saying they are selling christian clothing behaving like scammers, I placed my order on 23rd of June and as today the 30th of July my order has still not been dispatched. I have sent various emails asking for when my order will be dispatched? But the response I get are questions asking are what is your order number and full name on your order which I responded back straight away with my order number and full name but all to no avail and further ward to receive my order. Another thing to note is that when order from this website you’ve have to screen shot your order details, their order confirmation email comes through to you without your order number/ information. I am thinking is this a ploy by this company so you can struggle to track your order. All being said I have asked company to ship my order or refund money and no response from them yet, PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order since 23nd of May 2025 and have NOT received it. I have been emailing you since early June and you've been replying me as asking me to wait. But on the 10th of July 2025 you finally sent me email that you will refund my money and am still waiting for that. This is not good expecially when you claiming to be Christians. Refund my money please am a pensioner trying to buy Christian motivation presents for people .

They took payment for order. Then confirmed this could not be fulfilled and have refused to acknowledge emails for a refund. This company turn off all replies on store channels. This is a scam do not use !!!!

If there was a zero star. I would have given this company that. I ordered an item on the 6th of May 2025. As at June 8th 2025, (Waited for a month to at least be over), I reached out and I was told there was a delay and it will arrive in a week. I emailed again on the 20th of June and I got same reply. I decided to cancel my order and since then till now(July 28th 2025), I still haven't received my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They can't be trusted. @Holyreligion I demand my refund

WOW - Do not use this website , I have placed an order on the 27th April 2025 , as of today 28th July 2025 ive not received anything , A number of emails have been sent with no response, Having read some of the. reviews I can tell that people do sometimes have to wait a few weeks but over 3 months later and nothing, My bank have advised me to email again which I have and yet no response I think its going to have to be left to them to sort it.

I have still not recieved a reply from my last email and it is now 4 weeks since my first order. I have spoken to trading standards who have requested i update them next week as i have sent another email to customer services. I have also found the identical sweat tops on shein for half the price. It does appear this company are a rip off.
I have contacted customer services about my order from the 9th July no tracking details. I recieved a reply which accused me of writing a bad review. My husband had infact written the review so I did delete it as the email was quite rude. However i have stilll not recieved my order and no notification of dispatch. By this time i had put two more orders so I've spent quite a bit of money. Still NO dispatch of the items and no reply to my last email. I really hope my items arrive currently three hoodies and two t shirts....I do know the quality is fabulous as a few people in our church have recieved theirs although they have warned against ordering as it appears items are not always recieved and refunds take a long time if at all....if I recieve my orders in the next couple of weeks I will review this rating but as it stands im not very impressed by the customer service or the extensive delivery time. And I absolutely will not be ordering again.
3 weeks in and nothing no despatch notice nothing.. and then a friend who has had issues with holy religion before told me to look on shein as they are identical items and half the price and delivered within two weeks xxxx

Honestly so bad don’t buy from them. I ordered from them March it’s July and my order is not here. No updates were provided I had to email countless times with the odd response after 3 months of emailing. Save your money they are not worth your coins. And they claim to be a Christian brand they can’t even be honest giving our honest religion a bad look. Would give zero stars if possible

Really disappointed that I made an order 5 weeks ago, when I ordered I stated 3-4 weeks on my confirmation. Thoroughly disappointed that a company that apparently prides themselves on being children of God can't deliver what they promise and is clearly a scam.
I have requested a refund but I doubt that will happen!

How can you be a Christian company and be stealing from people!!!
I bought some items during there sale about 3/4 months ago, they have not delivered the item neither have I received my refund, yet they are posting on insta & not replying to my messages.

Continued to ignore contact after I emailed and messaged on instagram after my order was never refunded or delivered. Please can you respond to my email? I left a review a few weeks ago and you said you would help with my order but nothing from the company.

Waiting 3 months now still no clothes promised refund 3 weeks ago still nothing. Ignoring emails. Very bad customervservice. Wish i had checked all the other bad reviews before ordering. Avoid

Holy Religion is a scam Do not order anything from them. Their Website, Instagram and TikTok are not legit.
I ordered a few items from them on May 5 2025 but I never received my order or even my refund, I contacted them, and they said I would have my refund in 7/10 days, nothing I had to chase them for my money back still nothing until now.
All these negative reviews are true! I am so disappointed and frustrated with this situation especially when apparently they are religious. 😠 They are scammer. Never again!

My order was not delivered since first week of March, after so much chasing they cancelled since 3 weeks ago and never returned my money.
They’ve even ignored my messages on their social media and have now closed comment sections on Instagram posts.
Don’t risk it, they are a fraud. They are scammers.

My order came in less than 3-4 weeks, which was amazing!! Great lightweight material and solid design (doesn’t feel like it would peel off easily). But, it was hard tracking my order so I had to constantly DM them for further updates which was quite an inconvenience for me. Otherwise, everything went swell.

PS. Just a tip! I would recommend signing into the website prior to ordering. My sister didn’t receive a tracking number for her item when she didn’t do it.

Ordered 3 items, waited 10 weeks and received nothing. Contacted them and then told me they would issue a refund, it has been 14 weeks and I have received nothing items and no refund. They won’t reply to any messages. Avoid at all costs.

In april I saw an offer on instagram for shirts half price from a company that i had wanted to try out. I then made an order of two tshirts and a hoodie which totalled to over £20. At the checkout, i paid for delivery, and it said that the order would be delivered in 2-4 weeks (to which I also received an email from this company "thanks for your order, it will be delivered in 2-4 weeks). 4 weeks had passed and i email them and yet again they say "because it is made from scratch it will take 2-4 weeks, however it will be with you within the next week". That week comes around and i am frustrated as the order that i had been waiting for still hadn't arrived. I also messaged their instagram page wondering what was going on. They then abruptly cancelled my order and told me i would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. It has now been been over 2 months now (way over 10 business days) and i am tired of waiting. I messaged them again and asked when my refund is coming, i was rudely left on "read". As a result of this, I can not pay for some of my expenses, because i am still being owed that amount of money. Sort this out, and provide me with my refund. ASAP.

8 WEEKS NOW, out of the 6/7 items I ordered I have only received 1 t shirt. No refund offered, no replies to messages.
Save your money and shop elsewhere. Not very Christian is it.
