From January till today in September I still haven’t received my items or a refund. Absolutely disgusting how this so called company take money from people’s hands

What a disappointment. After not receiving the items for 2 months and then being ghosted after asking for a refund is genuinely so sad and unprofessional. Just be transparent with your customers or don’t sell clothing when you don’t have them. All these negative reviews can’t be made up it is honestly a shame that so many people have a bad experience with this brand. I genuinely advise everyone to not order from this „business“. They seem honestly incompetent to successfully deliver their products or to run a functioning company. I just hope to get my money back.

Order made in April - have emailed multiple times when items didn’t arrive, with little response other than “it is delayed”.
Have requested a refund 3 times …..still waiting in September.
Scam company.

Really shocked with the customer service I have received from holy religion. I have purchased from them many times and have had no issues until recently. They didn’t send my two T-shirts after 2 months. Ultimately, asked for a refund and they said they will start the refund but have yet to refundme. Really disappointed since I loved their message.

I never write reviews but I really need to warn people of this company. This company lacks serious integrity.

I made an order in 17 March in the hopes it’ll be delivered on Mother’s Day. I didn’t receive any dispatch information by 8 April so I decided to email them. They said the order takes 2-4 weeks to be delivered and that Royal Mail will send me 24 hour notification.

7 May I was notified by email from Holy Religion that the package was sent and I should receive it shortly. 9 days later I still hadn’t received NOTHING.

So I started to demand my money back. That’s when the communication really slowed down. After emailing myself for weeks I finally disputed it with my bank and got my money, but NOW, HOLY RELIGION are trying to dispute my bank 😳😳 this is why I’m leaving a review today because I can’t believe that. HOLY RELIGION never sent me a damn thing! Please stay away it’s a scam!!!

Terrible customer service and I believe this company is a scam. Ordered t-shirts in March 2025 and item never arrived came. I Messaged them on numerous occasions and was told it would be resent but never was. Been chasing company for a refund for over 4 months and now being ignored. Would not recommend this company at all and be careful as bank will not reimburse either as there is no genuine confirmation for your order with order number and items etc.

It's been over 2 months and I haven't received my parcel. Don't buy from this brand

OMG WORST COMPANY. I ordered clothes and NEVER received it. Tried to contact them, they told me they would send the money and never did. I raised a dispute with my bank and then they told my bank that they sent the items - how can a Christian brand lie LIKE THIS? please I actually think it's the most disgusting thing that a company who represents Christ does!

Took my money months ago, lied about delays and refund but never received anything.

They decided to send me 2 free T-shirts instead after months. Had paid for two jumpers that never arrived.

So you had the audacity to send me an email and lie that i received my order? The last conversation was to refund me my money.
You sent me 2 T-shirts that were meant to be free after I had bought two jumpers.

This company is a total scam & it’s such a shame they’re using God’s name, it makes me sick. Ordered over 2 months ago, assured a month ago that it had been ‘dispatched’ (they say this to everyone) I am unsure how they’re still trading! Filing a chargeback with my bank.

Not even worth a star, never received my order,after months of chasing was told they would issue a refund that never came. Disgusted

Terrible customer service. My order never came, claimed they would give me a refund, never did. Had to open a dispute which went on for about 4 months. They did nothing to help, even aired me continuously. Would not recommend, it’s a shame the message on their clothing doesn’t reflect their behaviour.

I had placed an order in January, and despite chasing several times and being told that the order has been shopping, both on email and on their instagram account, I have still not received my order. This is very disappointing, as these were birthday gifts which were wanted for a very long time.

I ordered in May & still haven't received my order. I emailed them SIX times to refund my money and SIX times, they promised to send it but never did. These people do not fear God or have any moral conscience. If there is an issue with distribution, let people know, don't just take people's money & keep quiet. It is wrong. I only bought 2 shirts but what about those who bought several items. They should be ashamed of themselves representing Christians. I hope every monies that has been scammed from people will be removed from their personal pockets tenfold.

My order has arrived after 2 months. It’s a shame as I wanted to support a Christian brand but the communication/customer service has been unacceptable.

@Holy Religion In response to your latest answer. I have confirmed that I have received the free sample t-shirt, thanks. But you have still not provided an answer/update about the 11 items I have ordered on 2nd June 2025 and HAVE NOT RECEIVED. I have provided you with a screenshot of the order and the items purchased.

After my order took more than the stated 3-4 weeks I emailed to ask for an update and was reassured it would be posted the following week. When it wasn’t, I queried it with them in an email that stated my name and order number, to which they replied asking for my name and order number… so I gave it to them again. They then completely ignored that email and I have still yet to receive any information about the whereabouts of my order and don’t think I will ever receive it. The order was placed in June and it is now August.

Placed an order in December 2024. Long story short never received by items. Shocking my customer services, when asking for updates on delivery, repeatedly told that item has been dispatched or its own it way, but refused to provide a tracking number.
Eventually placed a charge back with my bank - Holy Religion then disputed this providing Royal Mail tracking number that showed an item delivered to Croydon - when the delivery address on my order is more than 100 miles away. So not only did they not deliver my items, they went on to try to lie to my bank about delivering items that I never received.

I made my order at the end of May and have not received any delivery yet. I contacted them in June and they promised to deliver the following week which they did not. I have attempted to contact them via Instagram and they did not reply me - despite numerous attempts. I have also emailed them and they have not replied.
It's such a shame that a company is selling Christian clothing and is behaving in this despicable manner. I will be reporting this further. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they said my delivery would be coming but to refusing to respond to a customer is very low standards for a so called Christian organisation!

I placed an order at the beginning of the year , received only a confirmation email with no order number, no tracking, no invoice. It just said my order would be delivered in 2-4 weeks, but didn’t confirm contain any real information; I’ve been waiting 7 months.

Many others have written similar reviews, so I would advise caution
