Holy Religion 

I placed my order few days before my flight. I was worried wouldn't was not going to get it on time but was impressed and pleased to get it 2days earlier than expected

I ordered something on the 28th of August and i still haven't gotten it 4 months later. tried to contact them but no reply. this is a Scam! dont order from them. I ordered from Guided cross and that came within 2 weeks and good quality

Same issue as previous comment, placed order in August 3 months later still not received.
Has this company gone into receivership?

It is not okay to scam people and take their money without delivering any product in the name of a Christian business. I ordered a T-shirt in August and there has been absolutely no communication except a ‘Thank you for your order’ mail I received after purchase. It is not fair, it is people’s hard earned money however little. I am bewildered that they are still taking orders from people. It is so sad.

I ordered my items in April 2025 and it’s now almost November 2025, haven’t received. Tried to get in contact 3 times, got one response which went nowhere and got ignored the other times. I get it’s an independent company but the communication is terrible

I placed two orders in July with a stated delivery period of 3-4 weeks. Sent a chaser in August, got no response. Sent a DM and decided to check Trustpilot only to see all the poor reviews. Very very disappointed in what is meant to be a Christian business. Totally unacceptable business practice from you.
Back again 26th Nov 2025.
Still no response. Followed your instructions and have now sent 4 emails. Also just seen that you flagged me as an unprompted review!!! Are you serious?
Just give me my money back.

I made an order in July for my sons birthday in August expecting delays so gave it time. I started to email in September in which no response was given. I have now reached out to my bank and got refunded bear in mind we are now in October. I then get a very brief reply on TikTok with no apology saying that they will improve. Now they have decided (we will see) to ship my order. I no longer want these items anymore as the communication and time spent chasing I no longer believe in their values. I am happy I am refunded and would like to keep it that way. It is a shame as we all had high hopes for their products

Update, upon writing this now the company want to say that they have made contact to say I will be refunded which has not happened instead they have processed my order that I no longer want!! The communication is not satisfactory and they act as if it is. No refund emails have been sent to me, how long do they expect people to wait for goods or refunds

My order has sat unfulfilled for over 3 months and I haven't received any contact whatsoever. I have contacted Support AT holyreligion.co.uk and yet I have received no reply.

I placed an order on the 2nd March and after not receiving delivery or shipping status after three weeks, I emailed their support team. I was assured it would be delivered with 3/4 weeks. The order is yet to arrive and now the website seems to no longer exist.

Order placed in July. Not received anything or any update.

I placed an order with this company on the basis that the item will be with me in a week. Once my money was taken from my account, I received notification that it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery. I’ve just checked the website and it looks like the website is no longer in operation. Gone. Along with my money. I’ve sent them an email but don’t hold out much hope. This is highly unprofessional. It’s bad enough when you are scammed by secular platforms, but when it’s purports as a faith based outfit, it hurts even more. Who can you trust???
If the company can’t fulfill their contractual obligations, return the money taken, shut down the company ethically and learn from your mistakes. This behaviour reflects negatively on the Christian community .

Unfortunately I placed an order with Holy Religion and haven’t received anything or received answers from weekly emails! Ordered 24th June, still no news 17th October.

Emailing support and no responses so far!

Now emailing almost daily as response suggests there will be a response from the email address…..but not had any responses since the order passed bring late to very very late!

Further update, just avoid! Emails are not responded to regardless of the response from Holy Religion. Really sad as I was looking forward to gifting this and potentially purchasing more but the date has long lapsed and there isn’t anything that would convince me to go back to the website other than checking if they’re still actually in business.

No response 11/11/25- next step is Ombudsman unfortunately.

Totally disappointed in what is supposed to be a Christian organisation.
I placed my order in August and I’m still awaiting delivery!
Initially, they replied my 1st email saying that there was a delay in delivery and they’ll refund me if not delivered.
I waited weeks and when I asked for my full refund last month, they’ve just ignored all emails and Instagram DMs.
Shameful and not a good representation of the Christain faith!! … you’re meant to be the light but your conduct & actions are not honourable at all !!!

UPDATE -20/10/25
Firstly, @holyreligion tried to get my initial review deleted/removed but thanks to Trustpilot it was kept live!
Secondly, having ignored all my numerous emails & all the DMs on Instagram and after failing in their attempt to delete my review - they’ve replied saying ‘I should email them’- which I’ve done multiple times in the past months!

I made an order with this company, 7th July 2025 paid in full for items including my p&p. Waited 6 weeks before contacting them to be told it will be with me in 3 to 4 working days, now still have no products and communication is being ignored. You let down the body of Christ with this type of behaviour you seem to being dishonest. Why, if you can't fulfil the order say so, it's that simple, but ignoring not nice at all.

Update 20th October
I am very disappointed and it has taken me going to trustpilot to get a response from you, asking me to again supply you with my order number that you found when you said you were sending my order out to me. Please send me back my money stop wasting my time, because should the items ever appear why would I want to give you free advertising.

Extremely disappointed
I made an order last year (October 2024), didn't receive any tracking information so sent an email after a month, was told it had been shipped and to expect it in a few days
Never showed up so I sent another email only to be told the same thing
Tried sending other emails & messages on Instagram only to be ignored, 1 year later still didn't receive my order & no refund

I made an order on the 17th April 2025 that HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED. I also asked for a refund which has not been processed. This company claims to represent Christ but does nothing to embody his values. They are scamming people instead.

This is my second order from holy religion. The first one took a month to arrive and the second has never showed up despite ordering in March. I would definitely not buy from this brand.

As a Christian supporting a Christian company I didn’t want to have to write a negative review, but I’ve been waiting for my order over three months, despite being repeatedly assured it’s in the post and will arrive in the next few days!
My emails are now being ignored and my comments on their Instagram deleted.
I’d like a refund but I sadly must also warn others not to purchase from this company, sadly.

I am so disappointed by this company. They claim to be a faith driven clothing seller however there are no Christian values or even just human decency. As far as I can see this company is not genuine and is simply in businesses to deceive genuine customers. I have repeatedly sent polite inquires and requests for information and then eventually for a refund. Absolutely terrible.

Ordered on 31 July, still have not received the t shirts. Have chased multiple times and not been given a refund either. Beware!
