I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT fall in the trap that myself and many others have fell into. DO NOT give this company any of your money if you expect to get what you ordered. I think I’m more disappointed with them claiming to be a brand focused on God and yet they are so dishonest, than them scamming me. Run a mile before you order from them and find a trusted seller.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I question if this is a legitimate company or even christian. I ordered on 9th May. Its now 21st June and nothing has arrived. I can claim back from my credit card but so many others won't be able to.

Do NOT order from these. This is my second post. 1st order I recieved although was 'missing' the 'FREE' tshirt. They don't reply to emails or social media yet are posting. I ordered again stupidly, 3 tshirts. Only 1 came. I guess they posted something to make it look legitimate. I will post my order numbers as you responded on here before.

After a fair bit of initial miscommunication, or simple lack thereof, Holy Religion reached out to me almost immediately after I posted an initial review here by email and telephone.

True to their word I received my order within a few days (they did say up to 4 weeks), so much better than promised.

Communication, but their own admission, is not the best and they became overwhelmed (their own words) so I’d recommend them to get a better help desk type system to improve their communication as not to disappoint customers.

I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item 🫶🏾👏

False Promises!

I really wish I had checked out the Trust Pilot reviews before placing an order with Holy religion. The items never arrived and when I asked for a refund they said they will cancel the order asap and get the items back from Royal Mail. They assured me my refund will arrive with 7-10 business days. I’ve waited but still no refund. Has anyone who has left a review on Trustpilot ever received a refund?? If the answer is no, I would urge readers to AVOID this company. I’ve read they have been reported to Trading Standards so I’m not sure why they’re still operational.

Edited to add, I have reported to trading standards and would encourage those who have received a similar service to do the same! Writing this review again after it was removed for defamatory comments, which they weren't they were the truth. I am writing this review on behalf of my children!! Order purchased under my son's email who is under age to review.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful service. My son got gifted a hoodie for Christmas and loved it so he and his sisters placed an order with their Christmas money. Items never arrived, despite numerous requests for a refund that wasn't received either. They have stolen my children's Christmas money under false pretences as other reviewers have also pointed out that goods aren't sent. Don't fall foul of this scam company. Ignore responses saying they will ship again as that too is a false promise.So disappointing from a Christian run company. Ps I am writing this review on behalf of our son who is below the legal age to write a review! We have emailed you several times and your promise of delivery or a refund have never materialised. I have subsequently emailed you in response to your comments on my previous review and once again heard nothing. This company needs reporting!

I wrote 2 reviews and yes they told me to that my order has been shipped and it hasn’t arrive it was just to shut me down to not write any more reviews, surely this not right how is this company still open when you go on their website to speak to someone they do not reply, they only reply on Trustpilot. It’s such a shame. I have lost my order and my money I am a single parent and I don’t have much money I thought I would treat myself. Once again please do not shop from these people.

To be honest for a company to present their brand as 'Christian' I would expect better. Their standards and service are most certainly not in line with Christian values. I ordered from them during their promotional sale, where t-shirts were 'free' and you just paid for shipping. I ordered four t-shirts which came to £0 and paid £7.49 for shipping. This order was completed on the 13th March 2025. There was no correspondence or updates provided aside from allow longer processing times. I received 1 t-shirt on the 22nd May, not in my chosen design. I emailed them to query this and ask when my other items would be delivered. The response said "please note it's 1 free t-shirt per customer as stated at checkout" and that I should review their policy to "avoid confusion". There was no disclaimer provided at checkout and there is nothing in their policy that refers to this particular promo. I informed them of this and also highlighted that the stamp on my package details they paid £2 for delivery so why was I charged £7.50. In addition when they received my order and reviewed it at their warehouse, why was I not contacted and asked what t-shirt I wanted for free, colour and size. As I mentioned earlier I ordered 4 t-shirts of mixed sizing and colours and yet they just decided what size and colour to provide me (in the design that was not part of my order). I was informed I could return it to them and a refund would be issued. I would obviously have to pay to send it back and I am not giving them any more money so I will take the loss. Never order from them. The company lacks integrity!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Reviewing again as they reported my previous one.

Very disappointed in the customer service and lack of honesty. I reached out multiple times via email and Instagram and was completely ignored—only to receive the same generic “please email us” response from the team that won’t reply.

If you can’t fulfill orders, don’t keep selling. It’s misleading and stressful—especially for a brand claiming to stand on Christian values. I was excited to receive these items, but instead of joy, all I got was frustration.

To make things worse, when I raised a dispute with my bank, they even challenged it. Absolutely unacceptable.

This brand seriously needs to reflect and do better. You’re not just damaging your reputation—you’re undermining the very values you claim to represent.

I ordered from this company previously and was pleased with the items I received. So I ordered again in March 2025 and received a confirmation email saying I would receive my order in 2-4 weeks. It's now June and still nothing!!! Multiple emails requesting an update about the order and refund requests have been ignored. I was then told the order had been shipped, but nothing arrived. I really wanted to support this business, but they need to either fulfil orders in a timely fashion or refund people their money. The ignored emails and false promises are not a good look and no way to treat customers!!! @Holy Religion, please don't respond to this review with a generic contact your support team. I did that already. Clearly, we have all been doing that, and where has it got any of us? Gathered together here on TrustPilot, and you're still promoting and selling to new customers whilst not honouring the orders of people who took time and money to invest in your brand.

UPDATE: Since leaving this review, the company has tried to get it removed twice, first claiming defamation and then content that goes against TrustPilot's guidelines. I've neither defamed them nor gone against the guidelines; I shared my genuine experience! Meanwhile, they've made no effort to reply to the last email I sent requesting a refund.

3rd Attempt to remove my review: I have received yet another email from TrustPilot stating that Holy Religion has requested further information from me so they can provide a more useful reply; otherwise, my review will not be seen as genuine and could be removed. YET the multiple emails I sent them with all the relevant information have been ignored. UNFORTUNATELY, my negative experience with this company has been GENUINELY AWFUL! If the company were the least bit sincere, they would rectify issues with their customers rather than attempting yet again to remove real reviews from TrustPilot.

Really poor experience and looking at other reviews I am not the only one. I placed an order that was sent to the wrong address and had a missing item, when I contacted they refused to acknowledge this insisted it had not been sent to the wrong address despite me having proof but said they would refund for the missing item… I never received this refund. They then cancelled another order I had made as a replacement as yet are still refusing to refund me for this. I emailed multiple times and used live chat but have been ignored constantly and they have blocked my email. Very poor customer service, avoid like the plague.

EDIT - I sent an email on 3rd June that has not yet been responded to. Still awaiting resolution. I have still not received any contact despite emailing them again, I would caution anyone against spending their money. Very poor customer service and they tried to flag my review as having incorrect information. Buyer beware.

Company did not send items and still charged for delivery. Complained to the bank and got my money back - stay away!!

Highly would not recommend this brand and will most definitely be the last time I put my faith in a religious brand. It took two months of me constantly messaging with very bad communication on their part for me to receive my order only for it to be the wrong item. When I contacted them that I received the wrong item I was told to send the item back out of my money and I’ll receive a refund after a week. Still trying not to crash out I asked if I’d be able to receive the items I actually ordered because they weren’t saying anything about that aspect of thing I was told they’d either refund me or send the order depending on the stock levels (so yall can send me on another wild goose chase for another two months). Quite frankly at this point I have no faith in the company as I doubt if I’d even get a refund or the items I actually ordered in MARCH. At this rate I’m just counting this as a massive loss on my part and keeping the item I didn’t want instead of being caught in a scam again. Honestly do better!!

I made an order on the 18th of April, and I'm yet to receive the item. It is now the 1st of June.

Order never arrived, would think from a Christian brand they wouldn’t scam people

I don’t know one person who has ordered from this brand and actually received their items. I ordered from them in november 2024 for a christmas gift for my sister (6 weeks prior to christmas as on their website they state that orders may take 2-4 weeks so plenty of time right?). it did not come in time for christmas but i thought id just give it to her as a late present. mid january i still haven’t received my order. mind you i had emailed a few times enquiring about my purchase. initially they told me it was coming soon but they then just started ignoring my emails especially when i was asking for a refund. can you imagine? had to just do a charge back from my bank. silly people honestly. I know a couple other people who have ordered from them and not received their items too.

update:
1. they’re been making multiple attempts to get me to remove my review.
2. they’re have only now sent me an email saying my order from 6months ago has been shipped. i obviously don’t want it anymore and just want my money back.
3. they’re have not replied to my email asking for a refund
so if you guys see this please can you reply and give me my refund.

Scam company, I ordered and item and I was told it would take 4 weeks to arrive… after 4 weeks nothing. After 8 weeks… nothing. After sending emails I was told my item would come the following week… nothing.
They claim to be a Christian company but are scammers.

Update: 22/06/2025

I've now received a request from Trust Pilot asking for my Ref number (I presume from my order), name and number confirmation, which I have now provided. I doubt I will receive a response from this company, but will continue to update this review.

Despite the message below from them, I have contacted them and they have STILL NOT RESPONDED or sent the items. The title of this post still very much stands. Please do not order from them, for your own sakes!!

ORIGINAL POST: Ordered A LOT of items in March. Got the same kick back email that everyone else received straight away, but the order status on Shopify remains the same and stating that the order has not been dispatched. I sent a follow up email in April enquiring when my order is and got no reply. I sent another one in May and have still not got a reply. Like every other review here, if you are seeing this, this company is operating as a scam and they don't care about us the customers as we have given them what they wanted which is our money! Only rated one star to get the review on here, they really truly do not deserve anything! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
