Holy Religion 

Would give a 0 star if I could. Complete frauds, and using the name of God and religion to make money, when they do not believe in general decency or honesty.
They were giving away free T-shirts and only required you to pay the postage fee. I ordered 1 for me and 2 others for family members, the postage went up to £8 from their normal £2.99. I thought it was because I had ordered more than 1 T-shirt, which was fine.

Anyway, they only sent me 1 Tshirt. When I emailed them to enquire, they said, you can only order 1 in the promotion. I replied to say that this was not stated, and said if someone had emailed me to let me know this, then I would have picked the 1 Tshirt that I wanted for myself (instead, they sent me a random Tshirt). They responded.

I mentioned that, they had charged me a higher postage free based on the amount I ordered, so I asked for the amount to be refunded, as they only sent 1, which should have only costed £2.99.

They responded very rudely and said that I should return the top if I didn't like it.
I ask for a returns label, as I didn't think it was fair I had spent that much to post 1 item in the first place. They ignored my email after that. I have tried to contact them a few more times and have been ignored.

It seems they were not giving away free tops, but were charging you for the T-shirt by upping their postage fee to cover the Tshirt cost, which is really dishonest, for a company claiming to be about God.

Disappointing experience
I’ve ordered from here before and received my order with no fuss.
However I placed an order for a tracksuit and 2 T-shirts on 4th April. Got a reply to say “2-4 week wait as clothes are being made from scratch”. I still have not received an email to say they’ve been dispatched. I emailed again on the 8th May a reply said it would be here next week. NO ITEMS!
I emailed again on 16th May and no response at all.
I’m a born again Christian and supporting a business that claims to love Christ but takes your money without delivering the goods is really disappointing.
I’ll be contacting my bank to get a refund and I’ll be making a TIKTOK to warn others away from this company

Terrible experience, seems like a total scam!! They don’t ship your order or refund you, poor customer service. Fake sale which says ending at midnight but says that everyday. Disgraceful.

Not sure where to begin with this one. After my most recent experience it's safe to say I won't be ordering from here again. My 1st order took a while to arrive but when it did I was pleased with the item and felt it was worth the wait. I placed another order mid March as I wanted a t-shirt for my brothers bday, as their products are made from scratch I thought I'd allow plenty of time for this. Several weeks went past including what I would consider a grace period, I sent the brand an email and also logged a 'complaint' via the Shopify app. Communication from the seller was brief and minimal and during that time I started to read the various reviews on here and other platforms and amongst the good ones there are unfortunately a lot of negative ones, all with similar issues. Imagine my disappointment when my package arrived almost exactly 2 months after I placed the order to only open it and find it WASN'T what I ordered, emailed them immediately along with pics and there has been zero acknowledgement.

It seems as though there isn't much acknowledgement for emails or reviews for customers that have had a negative experience. The fact that so many seem to have similar things to say proves they can't all be wrong and there is clearly and issue with some parts of their process and some accountability needs to be taken for it. It's all well and good posting verses on the brands Instagram stories and sharing snippets of the good reviews but that's only going to cover so much as damage is still being done to the brand with all the negative experiences people are having.

I've been more than gracious, even said in one of my initial emails that I wouldn't leave anything on T Pilot however the more of these reviews I've read the more disappointed I've become. It's wrong that what the brand is meant to represent isn't being truly experienced by all customers. Yes it might be a small business and they're trying to do the very best but people are being deceived via the lack of communication and information being received, the delays etc and people are paying money. As I stated to this brand I'm sure if they were having similar issues with a supplier who they needed to get materials from to make their products they would be just as frustrated. I'm beginning to wonder if they even care as long as they're still getting money and some good reviews. If this is how the brand is going to keep operating it needs to disassociate itself from being classed as a Christian brand as its not truly representing the kingdom behind the scenes and the service being provided.

Said respectfully and in the hope one day something might change you really need to do better and prove to the customers with negative experience you care, even if it is a bit overwhelming receiving such comments. Just showing people you want to rectify such issues would do wonders. I can only hope and pray that maybe one day these issues will no longer exist.

For now it's definitely a no from me.

Almost perfect other than one shirt the words peeled slightly.

I placed an order for a hoodie and free tshirt on 10th February and received the confirmation email saying it will take 2 to 4 weeks as they are "making everything from scratch".
After 4 weeks, I heard nothing. I emailed customer support on 11th March and they responded promptly, saying my order would arrive that week - it did not.
Since the last correspondence, I have not heard any communication from the team.
On 9th May, I sent an email stating I would like this issue resolved in the next 5 working days, to which they have not responded.

For a brand which is meant to represent Christ, they are doing the complete opposite and this is a shame. I do hope they respond to rectify the issue soon however, after reading previous reviews I am not hopeful.

We are not asking for perfection but, if you are a Christian brand and you are running a business in Jesus' name, you should always strive for excellence. Don't use my Lord and Saviour to extort people.

The minimum you can do is communicate with your customers, let us know there's a delay or something, don't ignore.

Never received the hoodie I ordered; emailed customer service 6 weeks ago who advised I’d have it within the week. It never arrived, I’ve since emailed twice and no response. Disappointing

Ordered in December however it is now May and still no hoodie. Have been reaching out to customer support since January. After then contacting them on social media, I finally got a response back 4 months later saying it has been delivered. Tracking is still showing as ‘shipped’ and they have not sent any evidence to show that it definitely was delivered so I can’t even dispute it with Royal Mail. Looking at the reviews it seems that this is a common theme so wouldn’t recommend.

UPDATE: their response below is a LIE. They are yet to provide tracking details to show that any delivery had even been attempted.

Seeking religious wear is wild . Avoid this company at all cost

So I ordered from holy religion several weeks ago, didn't initially worry as my event isn't until may 23rd of this month. However, when I emailed to ask from an order confirmation and receipt as I hadn't been given one when I ordered through their Instagram page..I was told it takes several weeks for the order to be made and that they aren't just printed.

I was very clear that I needed to know if I'd the items intime for my church retreat but since then no one has responded. Atleast twice I've asked for a refund and again NO RESPONSE! I'm unsure of what to do and feel I need to flag this with my bank..to everyone who has had their orders successfully..what's your secret? 🫣

Experience was outstanding and highly satisfying. The product was better than I expected. Very good fit, excellent quality. Favourite product yet . Delivery was quick as well.

Best quality clothing, the material of the clothing is nice soft and comfortable. Will be buying again and will be telling all my friends and family to buy from here

I do not recommend this company. I have been waiting nearly 8 weeks for my order and I am constantly told weekly that my order will arrive this week whenever I contact them. I have also requested for a refund as it is unclear what is happening and this is an unusual experience but the company has ignored this request.

Ordered on the 12th march 25, was sent and email saying my order will be sent in 2-4 weeks. Emailed them on the 11th April 25 as hadn't received update/dispatch. Had no reply. Emailed again a week later & was told I would receive my order the following week. Again no tracking was given & item hadn't arrived. Sent another email informing them I would be claiming my money back through the bank as it has been 7 weeks since placing the order. Still no reply. Do not recommend this "company". Really is shocking.

Writing this with love and sincerity, in the most Godly way I can. I had ordered on the 6th Febuary and 17th Febuary, which never arrived. I've emailed numerous times asking for an update and was told multiple times they'd been shipped out/It was stuck at the royalmail warehouse, I've had so much patience as I'm aware they are a small company and I know sometimes things happen that are out of companies control. It's now been two months and my email as of 26th April has not been responded too. I am very confused as I have ordered from them previously before these two second orders and recieved my order with no issue and very quickly. Very upset and confused.

Would like to mention no shipping address was incorrectly put in, have received numerous parcels from Royalmail these past two months.

Just an update: The company decided to report this review as "Illegal and Harmful"and It seems many others reviews too (Which thankfully TrustPilot deemed wrong), so I think that now sums up their true intentions sadly...very sad to see a "Christian" based company is using Christ's name like this.

This is honestly the first time I’ve ever been scammed, in a way that I believe is almost coercive! I am writing this review as someone who also barely reviews, in hopes that someone could see this. - as I did not

On the 7th of April I had placed an order for a hoodie and a couple of the free shirts advertised. Once I had placed the order, I noticed that I did not receive a confirmation email, which was because I had typed in the wrong email address. I decided to contact holy religion, and I was told that I could only have one free shirt, which is understandable but they did not even mention the email address issue, which is where I should get my confirmation details.
I replied asking about the T -shirts, and got a normal response, but I didn’t mention the email within the same thread because I connected my order to the ‘shop’ app - I am not familiar with, but I didn’t have a choice.

Since I realised that I would only be getting one out of the many shirts I ordered (free) I decided to place another order (11April), with the shirts that I wanted to give as a birthday gift, this Thursday to my friends with the correct email address- yet I only record an email that they will take 2-4 weeks, as they will be making it from scratch….

On 21st April - I had emailed in regards to my first order and mentioned the typo again, aswell as having my tracking number. I never got a response (and I had actually forgotten that I emailed them because of the lack of communication I had even received in the first place). Finally, on 25th April, I had received my order, in a very plain grey bag, with details printed on it - you can’t really tell where it’s from until you read the label, but anyway I was excited for the parcel to have arrived because I barely had information on it.

When I opened it - all there was is a black version of the hoodie I ordered, not cement grey, and there was no free shirt inside, or no note - not even the Shop app told me it was coming today. I emailed HolyReligion with all the details, being very polite and understanding (I hope) with screenshots and photos attached. I have not heard anything from them, and I know that my email is being ignored because when I first emailed, I received an ‘auto’ email, and got a response in the same day - it may be that they are sorting out the issue, but I am not pleased, and it has added stress since I was waiting on this to give as a gift. I know that this review was long, but I have spent around £20, and as someone about to do their A-Levels and no job, that is quite a lot.

*edit - I would like it if you could take your time and reply to my email please, rather than my review, which will also mention how the product I had received was incorrect + there was no free shirt.
