IT IS NOW MARCH, HOW HAVE I EMAILED YOU MORE THAN 15 TIMES AND ALL I GET IS SOME GOD FORSAKEN EMAIL SAYING ITS COMING NEXT WEEK, JUST GIVE ME THE FLIPPING REFUND MATE.
I DARE YOU EVEN RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW LEAVING SOME SILLY EMAIL THE FLIPPING SUPPORT TEAM LIKE I'VE NOT DONE THAT CONSISTENTLY SINCE JANUARY. IF I DONT GET MY MONEY BACK I WILL GENUINELY REPORT FOR FRAUD YOU SCAMMERS BRO. I WILL NEVARRRRR, EVARRRRRR ORDER FROM YOU OR RECCOMMEND YOU.

like many others i fell for this scam. Don't fall for this. they take your money and never send anything. when you chase you are advised should arrive in 1 week. 10weeks and nothing

This company replied under my last review titled “ingenious and insincere”. They’ve lied and claimed that my parcel was shipped to address provided and checkout but I know for a fact that’s not true as I’ve not received a parcel nor an email confirming the parcel has been delivered like a NORMAL company would do. Please don’t let this company lie and gaslight you as they are LIARS!

Very very unacceptable service. After countless weeks and now months of patience, I am still yet to receive my order, placed beginning of December 2024. On the website it clearly states 2-4 weeks delivery for pre-orders which I was expectant of and willing to accept as I ordered gifts for Christmas for family.

It is now April 2nd 2025. 4 months later and little to no useful communication about my order. I was told my order was being shipped February 23rd 2025, to no avail. I am ever aware that Royal Mail does not take 5-6 weeks to deliver goods, again more than stated on their shipping FAQs, and have been unable to even find a tracking number!

I have also noted a 100% money-back guarantee on their website as per refund policy and expect it to be processed imminently.

They ignored my last email from last week and so I have been left to one of few options to warn fellow prospective customers and Christians not to use this store!

0 stars. On placing order there was No order confirmation or payment confirmation and no order number. Contacted company to ask and they just said it takes 2-4 weeks. Still no confirmation or order or an order number to check status. Looking further into the company they appear to be doing the same to a lot of people, some waiting months with no delivery. I approached the company again giving one last chance before reporting fraud, they replied instantly offering full refund and will cancel the delivery with Royal Mail which they had previously said takes 2-4 weeks. Not professional at all. Only reply to allegations of fraud. Will update if refund is not received in timeframe given.

Ordered 11/3 and then received an email saying 2-4 weeks
I have since moved house so sent them my new address. Received an email on the 5/4 to say my order has been sent to my new address and I would receive it the following week, I asked for tracking information as it still showed as unfulfilled and never received anything. Emailed again asking for a refund and no reply. Done a chargeback with my bank instead. Wish I’d read the reviews because they are true, nothing ever arrives it’s a SCAM company

SCAM !!! Do not order from them. They will take your money and you will NOT receive anything you ordered.

Made an order on 01/02/2025 it’s now 07/04/25 and still not received anything, was told id receive the parcel within the following week and still received nothing.
I made 2 orders one for the free t shirt and the second for a hoodie

Fraudulent company pretending to be a religious apparel company!! Ordered only to be told it was going to be processed in weeks. Order at your own risk!! Lied I would receive a refund STILL WAITING!

UPDATE - Yes you did receive an email from me where I asked for a refund. The refund was NEVER SENT and eventually it had to be taken up through my bank. Furthermore your customer service stated:

'No problem at all, will state this in simple English for you.
Please wait for 7 to 10 business days meaning (Monday to Friday) for your refund to show on your bank card. Thank you for your purchase

Do not waste your time and money ordering from this company!!! I made an order, after the purchase they sent me an email saying that it will take 2-4 weeks to receive my order! I didn’t have time to wait for it since I only had 10 days in the country, I asked for a refund! I never got any response from my email nor the Instagram msg! I tried to call the number that I was given by my bank, guess what the guy hung up on me! The so called Christian business is just a scam! So sad…

I made an order 28/11/24 and still haven’t received it by now- 29/03/25. I have reached out twice and was told the order is being worked on and will shipped shortly. After some more time I reached out again and was told the order would be shipped that week (3/3/25) today is 29/3/25. I have exersiced patience however this is too much! Please I just want my hoodies or my money back 🙏🏾

Ordered last summer, waited a month before contacting after never receiving my order. Went back and forth with them stating they had shipped it, and that it was due to be delivered. Never received my order, asked for a refund which they said was being processed and still never received ! Still says ‘order placed’ even now! Not delivered or refunded. I know people who have had the same issues also.
Sad to speak of a Christian company like this but don’t want others scammed.

Following their response I provided sufficient evidence of my order and the email chain from July-September discussing my order and eventually asking for a refund after not receiving it. After their response to this, there is still no resolution, but more importantly no accountability.

I ordered on 10/12/24 and till date (25/3/25) I have still not received my order, or the refund which was apparently issued to be months ago. Shocking service from an apparent Christian company…I will never be ordering again and will be sure to advise my fellow Christian friends to beware of this company. They didn’t even provide me with the order number in my order confirmation email.

Something that was supposed to be a Christmas present has now become a headache. I just want my refund.

I didn’t even receive an email that my order was shipped, and when I asked for my tracking information they did not provide it, yet they claim that my package was apparently shipped out and delivered to the shipping address? What is the parcel tracking number then!

Please beware this company

I placed an order on the 12/12/24. I have made several attempts to contact Holy Religion as my order has still not arrived 21/03/25. I have repeatedly asked for a tracking number and a refund Holy Religion has failed to provide this.
They told me my order was delivered late February. Again I asked for the exact date and the tracking number they have not provided this for me and I still do not have my order.
I have also checked my ring door bell for any deliveries (there has not been)
I also have the same postman who I am on speaking terms with he has not delivered any parcels
I would not recommend this company I am so disappointed and I find the customer service unsatisfactory being told to be patient regarding my order. I even tried to track via the app Shop which still states it’s ready to ship but not shipped or delivered.
Please do not use this company it’s such a shame

Holy Religion still fail to provide me with the tracking number and exact date of alleged delivery

I love the brand designs of the company, they are very thought through and also amazing quality hoodies! 10/10 customer service and great delivery!!

**update from reply....NO EMAIL RECEIVED WHEN THEY CLEARLY STATE EMAIL SENT. How do they know who I am? Also, IF, and that's a huge IF a new parcel has been sent have they missed the part where we have requested a refund over and over again?

Husband ordered Oct 24 now March 25 and guess what? NO GOODS RECEIVED or DESPATCHED. No email to confirm order or order number is given (weird). Husband emailed multiple times, bundle of excuses, xmas rush (order was placed 2 months before Xmas!) It will be dispatched bla bla bla. I have emailed them also stating refund the money, was asked for husbands name (random) to track order!!! Gave that asked for refund today, got told they won't tolerate harassment or abuse hahaha never sent abuse, gave them facts and told them they sounded like a scam! Was told to reply with a polite email! Then told the matter was closed and they wouldn't help! Absolute joke of a company, scammers all the way! All they have to do is refund the money, they know they haven't sent the order and they know what they are doing! STAY WELL AWAY AND SAVE THE AGRO and spread the word to save others having to go through it

Order placed in October 2024 .. still not received by February 2025. Anytime I contact customer service they say it has been shipped and will be received next week but it never arrives. Don’t waste your money.
