Holy Religion 

— DO NOT ORDER FROM HOLY RELIGION —

I ordered 2 pieces of clothing on the 5th December. It is now 25th February and I still have not received my order. I cannot track, nor see where it is and so when questioned on where my order is, I get vague, lying or rude emails saying “it will be with you in a few days” or “The package has been shipped, please be patient”. Or my emails are just ignored completely. I fear a refund will be even harder to get. Do not waste your time.

Never ever would I expect to have to go through this, especially from a Christian based company, which are exploiting and abusing its paying customer. I am so unbelievably upset and angry. God bless

Ive ordered two separate things in close succession. Both in the month of november 2024. Entered the new year glory be to God but without the clothes yet. Now coming to the end of February. None of the promised 2-4 weeks shipping, nor have I been able to track my package at all. Emails are either given vague responses which dare I say are lies such as “your package has been dispatched and will arrive soon” despite the fact it hasn’t even left the warehouse, or the emails are ignored completely. Now I have to go through the process of disputing the charge. Save your time, save your money. Grace be with you.

From my very first order, they were upfront about the delivery timeline, letting me know it could take up to four weeks. Throughout the process, I checked in a couple of times about my hoodie, and they always kept me updated.

When it finally arrived, I have to say—the packaging was great!

I ordered free tshirts on your website on 31/01/25 and since then up until today (19/02/25) I am still waiting for the order. I am highly disappointed about the quality of service because further updates were not received and
was also charged for delivery although the order has not arrived yet.

Based on other reviews and comments, I do not want to order from the website again and do not recommend this to anyone.

Really nice fitting clothes and excellent service. Items arrived on time, and I had no issues at all. Highly recommended!

Items on the website and marketing all look very good but administration is poor. I never received my items, I waited 2-4weeks for my order (or my refund). Emails kept saying: be patient, please wait. I made contact several times. Instead of providing clear tracking or delivery information they were happy to issue a refund, which I am happy to receive but still have not. I was told to wait 7-10 days for my refund. I was worried this was a scam and kept emailing to check my refund was being processed. The emails are poorly written, which further gives the impression that this may be a scam.
No other retail company in the UK has issues with refunds. I have raised a dispute.

I love their products, the quality is good and service delivery is always on time. Great product would definitely recommend

While shooting with Holy Religion, they made me feel welcomed and confident throughout the whole shoot. They also gave me and my friend who came with me a free hoodie and t -shirt. Thank you again Holy Religion !!!

Lovely experience modelling with the brand

I’m so happy I bought! The material is soft, breathable, and feels high-quality definitely not flimsy or cheap. The fit is true to size, and it’s super flattering without being too tight. I’ve washed it a few times, and it hasn’t shrunk or faded, which is a huge plus. Perfect for casual wear or dressing up with accessories. I’ll definitely be buying more in different colours!

I really love my clothes and they are great quality but there are 2 things that I didn’t like about my order.

1) My package took over a month to arrive when it should have taken 7-10 days. I sent multiple emails to follow up where my package was and was not provided with tracking information or real information about where my package was or if it was going to be shipped soon.

2) I also ordered a t-shirt that was being promoted as £3 with another purchase. When my package arrived, there was no free t-shirt! I asked about this and I was told they would process a refund. This was disappointing as I was looking forward to my item.
