My experience with each of the customer reps I encountered were great, but your return process is quite the hassle. I do a lot of online buying, and this was my first experience with homary which I found the return process not to be smooth and efficient. I purchased three items, which two of them I am returning because I was not happy with the quality of one and the other pillowcases were too small and overpriced. The artwork I purchased was nice so keeping that. Homary, you really need to make your return process easier.

I really wanted to love this purchase, but the overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
I spent around $6,000 on patio furniture back in December, expecting a smooth process and quality to match the price point. Unfortunately, it’s been anything but that.
From the beginning, there were multiple issues—damaged items, missing parts, and inconsistent communication. While customer service was responsive at times, the information provided often changed, which made it hard to trust what was actually being done to resolve things.
The biggest issue has been the delays. Replacement parts have taken months, with ETAs constantly shifting and no real effort to expedite anything. At this price level, I would expect much better logistics and follow-through.
To be fair, they did offer partial refunds along the way, which I appreciate. But those gestures don’t make up for the time, inconvenience, and overall experience of having incomplete or damaged furniture for an extended period.
One thing I think is important for potential buyers to know: I later learned (confirmed by the company directly) that they are a startup company. That context explains some of the operational gaps—but it’s not something that was clear upfront, and I do think customers should be aware of that going in.
At the end of the day, if you’re considering purchasing from them, just be prepared for potential delays and a lot of back-and-forth if anything goes wrong. Document everything.
For the amount of money spent, I expected a much smoother and more professional experience.

I’m very satisfied with my TV cabinet from Homary. It’s perfect—beautiful, well-made, and adds an elegant touch to my living space.
I had an issue with a delayed delivery, which forced me to rent a car and pick up the package myself. However, customer service was excellent. Kenny, in particular, was very helpful and offered a reimbursement for the expenses I incurred.
Despite the inconvenience, the quality of the product and the support I received make this a very positive experience. I would recommend Homary.
