Sadly, due to unexpected severe illness it makes no sense to proceed with my bathroom conversion. The good news is that Sofia and other homary staff members have all been brilliant in helping me organise complex returns at a very difficult and distressing time for me. I have really appreciated their support - thank you.
I should also thank the driver who collected the bath and vanity unit and who went out of his way to ensure the items were well secured on their pallet and so returned to you safely.

Iris was so helpful, so quick and made the experience so enjoyable. I’m pretty frustrated about not receiving my bed frame but when you deal with customer service agents like iris it really does take away some of that frustration and make me feel taken care of.

Iris has been more than helpful. Sadly they do not hold up to their returns. I've been trying to return a TV stand and been getting the run-around. Don't buy anytime unless you are 100% sure you will keep it.

I’ve been having an issue with the unit, but thanks to Celine’s consistent support, we’re working toward a resolution. It was very nice to have a representative to chat with instead of a bot! Carson was able to assist me but was not able to confirm that I will get reimbursed for the damaged items I received, and for that reason, I am not giving him the full 5 stars. I have stated that I would rather get reimbursed than receive a new item.
