No stars.. received an empty bag. Pure scam.

I have ordered something from this company and it took weeks to arrive. It looked lovely in the picture and it was a hanging plant pot holder. Looked like a little pot with a face arms and legs sitting on a swing. The parcel arrived yesterday and I had forgotten all about it. The plant pot was possibly about a third of the size and was plastic. The return label is a unit g Cedar Court in Leeds LE67 1TU however I think it has come from China. Not worth the bother of returning it so be aware !

I responded to what I now know was a false post on Facebook. Company closing down and advertising leather boots reduced from £261.99 to £39.95.
Nothing arrived after 5 weeks so contacted my bank. Both the email invoice I was sent and the Facebook post disappeared without trace . They used a bona fide company called Lily of London.
Nat West Bank now investigating.

Why is this company allowed to be working from a warehouse , I have just returned my wrong colour wrong size shoes , but not hold my breath that I will hear from them after reading all the reviews , problem is when u purchase off fb it disbanded state this company , fb should remove them !

Be aware scammers no stars given I fault I was buying price drop items from symths toy store for my daughters birthday instead a fake Chinese ring worth nothing was delivered this company needs to be looked into unit G cedar Court,walker Road forest business Park Bardon Hill LE67 1TU.

Received wrong item, company full of apologies but even replacement packages didn’t arrive. Tracking says delivered but to an address hundreds of miles away!
No contact from company now I’ve reported it as fraudulent. Beware, order at your peril . Ongoing since early November !

Chinese scammers, keep well away, didn't receive what I ordered, paid for some well over priced rubbish.

Company is a Chinese Scam. It is based in China. The company is not stating it clearly and their website suggests that they are local to the UK. When an unsuitable item is sent back to China ( at the cost of the buyer) for refund, the seller simply does not pick it and it returns back to the honest buyer to the UK - no refund issued as the sender “never got the item back”.

Do not buy from this website, they are not based in the uk. Send no confirmation email for goods, when asked for tracking was ingored. Was told it can take 25 days. Bank has advised this is a fraudulent website. Dont buy

I ordered the LED sand lamp before I read the reviews and was panicking as I paid £80. However it arrived yesterday very well packed and is stunning. Very heavy too and beautiful as described.

Absolutely awful. Bought vintage incandescent light bulbs. Turned out to be led, totally wrong. Took a month to deliver and on complaining, I have to return to China, even though order shipped from Unit g, Cedar court, Walker road forest, bardon hill, LE67 1TU. DO NOT use this company

Order 8 Light fittings which were not suitable when I received . I had to pay £80+ to return to China !! Now apparently the parcel is abandoned as the Receiver rejected the delivery . Terrible customer service . Don’t buy from Homdeco !!

DON'T BE FOOLED!!!! Chinese company, don't respond to emails, ridiculous shipping times amd impossible to get hold of anyone from the company. Currently attempting to get my money back

Having a terrible experience with this website currently. The site looks European, no where does it say their products are coming from China, accept in a place hidden under the shipping policy page, the very small print. Nothing at check out to clarify the delivery situation and timeline. All the emails come from a co.uk address. I have placed an order for a light £600, it looked like delivery was UK and would be quick, then when I chase for news its impossible to get to speak to anyone and they say 20-30 days as coming from China, really unhappy and will be speaking to Amex to see if I can get my money back. The worst part they clearly don't care and are deliberately misleading people and taking significant payments without being clear about delivery timelines. Really Poor customer experience do not buy from them.

Would love to give Zero star, but couldn't. BEWARE is the first word I would advise. I ordered two Chameleon lamps, which I thought were coming from UK. The whole website implies it is based in the UK. They took several weeks to arrive, as they came from China (I see everything comes from China, but the info is well hidden- read Shipping) and are very poor quality. In fact, you can turn the lamps off, just by wiggling the cheap cable, you don't need to use the switch! For returns, I now read that the items are sent back at your own expense, and has to be in the original packing. Well these lamps were wrapped in polystyrene box with a ton a parcel tape wrapped around it, and was impossible to get the lamps out without some sort of damage to the wrapping - you're screwed right there. Cheap cheap cheap.
I would NEVER buy anything from them again.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs. Their website is deliberately misleading - I ordered what I thought was a pair of premium telescopic garden loppers only to receive a cheap version which was not extendable and different from the pictures and in spec. Contacted them to instigate a refund and was eventually given an address in China to return them to (would cost me £17.50 postage for which I wouldn’t be reimbursed). They are clearly masquerading as a UK company and then outsourcing cheap products to maximise their profits. They also seem to have multiple companies under the same umbrella (I thought I was ordering from Home Deco but then when I had to communicate with them it was via ‘HomDeco’). All very smoke and mirrors. As a result I’m £40 out of pocket for a garden tool which is worth about a fiver and not fit for purpose.

I ordered 3 pendant lights costing £635. They were supposed to be delivered 2 weeks later, but still hadn’t arrived two and a half months later! I tried to contact customer service but there is no contact number only an email. Nobody responded then when they did reply it was the same cut and paste message every time. Do not order from them. Absolutely awful service. I had to contact my credit card company.

Do not use this site its based in Ghana and its a scam did not receive the item

I received the order after 8 weeks! Luckily i had paid for insured snd track delivery and could chase all the delivery route, otherwise i was thinking the company is scam! I love the item and the quality for the price i paid but give 4 star because of very long shipment.
