My order took about 3 weeks to arrive, which was not made clear when I ordered. I read some reviews and was concerned, I emailed them, they replied with tracking for my parcel. The lights arrived, packaged well. I am really happy with the lights. I would recommend but not if you want the item in a hurry.

Its a scam! Paid £120.99 and never got the item. Plus it's not an UK company, it's just a façade. I called my bank to reverse the payment, they sent me a fraud form which i filled in and sent back. Told them what i've done, they send my money back. Please you do the same.

I have had £700 worth of lights from them, yes there is a delay in getting the products but they have all arrived after 14 days, one was faulty but another was despatched as replacement, Despite other poor reviews i have found them very quick to respond and the goods are all as expected.
I will order from them again because they have great prices!

I do not give them any stars. These low lifes r getting away with fraud and nothing is being done. I paid nearly 300 quid at beginning of June and low and behold no goods and no refund. I am now going to get barclay card involved and hope they can resolve the issue. Do not not buy from these tricksters.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered 3 weeks ago with 2 week delivery chased up only to be told will have to collect as they have ended contract with their distributors. Such a shame they couldn't have been honest and informed customers. Don't order off them. Worst ever

First time i order homdeco not good enought very bad

Bought a wreath for my front door from this site for $50. They said onsite that it was made with natural grapevine and natural flowers. When it came it was half the size advertised and made completely of cheap green plastic including the flowers which were just different coloured plastic. I could have probably bought the same thing from the Dollar Store for $10. Their customer service does not reply to your emails.

After purchasing a living room light at over £1000 I went into complete panic after reading reviews saying this was a scam. I called my credit card who told me not to worry and that we were covered if the light didn’t arrive. I got emailed from fedex advising that the package had been sent. I tracked the package from Hong Kong. It arrived after 3 weeks and absolutely perfect. My only issue was I got a tax bill to pay from fedex to pay before they could deliver (I was not expecting this )
The light exceeded my expectations and was in perfect condition.

SCAM. Never received order costing over £300. No contact number on website. Not responding to emails.

This site is a scam. We ordered a light for our hallway 4 months ago. Cost us £550. They stole our money and we haven’t received any light. Stay away from this company. I only wish I had of read the reviews before ordering. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Do not use. Bought a light that arrived with parts missing. They do not respond to emails chasing the missing parts and there is no contact number

If you type their business address into Google you’ll find they have multiple websites all fairly similar in layout. Business address is 73 Canning Road
Harrow Wealdstone HA3 7SP.

I ordered a chair from one of their sites and despite it stating that they would dispatch within one day I hadn’t heard anything by day nine. I then looked closely at their website & realised something wasn’t right. They had copied and pasted information about drones under their policies (on a furniture site), only 6 items on the entire site, bad spelling etc. I’m still annoyed with myself for not noticing this before making a purchase but hey ho.

The ‘contact us’ section on their website doesn’t work. Nor does the links to social media. Huge red flags.
I then emailed them and got a reply to say I could collect from their warehouse - fairly certain I’m not going to make a trip from Belfast to London with an egg chair on my back- or they would arrange delivery. Eh, what did you think my shipping address was to be used for?!

I got no reply when I asked why it hadn’t already been shipped. So they basically took my money, sat back & arranged nothing!

I don’t believe that they have the items in stock. The website I ordered from was called modernplace.co.uk. They also have Mugba, Shape up Athletics, DronePlay & homdeco.
Homdeco actually ‘sells’ the same few products as modernplace only at a higher price! Beware of all of these sites.

Very dodgy. I can see that another reviewer has noticed that they take your money and then source the product elsewhere. If I wanted to gamble with my money I’d use Betfair.

Thankfully, as I didn’t recognise the company I made the purchase with my credit card. After I emailed them they did send me a cancellation email.

Update: The money was refunded within a few days.

Be wary of purchasing from site. I spent nearly £200. Yet to receive order. Email ignored. No tel.no. avail. Google domain name - nothing comes up under an 'all' search. Seem only able to get to the website via a 'shopping' search. Companies House search on co. address state it is Romanian owned/managed, alongside a building co. Potential issues with safety of website when you do a trust search of domain name. Website not established long, very few visitors etc. All feels potentially iffy, but I hope I'm wrong?
