I ordered a garden furniture set and was told they would phone me when it came in so that I could collect it.
A week later and no call so I went to the shop to ask where it was.
Apparently they called me after a couple of days but when I showed the member of staff the call log on my phone proving that they had not called me or left a message he became extremely abusive, aggressive and intimidatory.
Eventually my furniture was thrown into my vehicle when he saw that I was not impressed with his behaviour.
They are quick to take your money and smile while doing it but the abuse when things go wrong is unforgiveable.
A simple "sorry" would have been enough !

Bought a beautiful garden set from these. Amazing quality. Lovely delivery man very polite brought it straight to where I wanted it , will be buying again from them you won’t be disappointed 5 stars guys thankyou Tracey crewe

Please avoid if you can. I bought a table in getting home I realised that the table size is too big. I took the table back and asked form a refund and they said they don’t do refund.
This was not communicated to me and not on my receipt either. No transparency of policy to customer and this needs to be investigated. ASAP. Ripoffs

Bought a sideboard from Home Outlet in Market Harborough and had it delivered. We were delighted by both the sideboard and the delivery. Couldn't have gone better.

We visited the shop in thuruck purchased a sofa and we said explicitly that we did not want the floor sofa we wanted one from the store room. We were told 3 times that we would not get a floor one. I put some paper down the side of the floor sofa. When the sofa was delivered it came un wrapped , I checked the side of the sofa there was my bit of paper. I contacted the store who eventually agreed that it had come from the floor showroom. But insisted it was not second hand after possibly hundreds of people had sat on it. I was told that all the furniture sold comes from the showroom, so beware all of you who think you are getting a NEW SOFA . I have been promised a new one but I have my doubts. LETS SEE IF MY REVIEW REMAINS, I DOUBT IT

I ordered a bedroom suite from them, when it got here mirror was broken, wrong wardrobe doors sent, and wrong lockers. they now ignore my emails.

These people are liars and thieves. I spent 2500 dollars here the sofa and tv stand were as I expected the mattress was replaced with a cheaper one that sucks the child’s bed was not the same one I looked at and ordered in store the other bed I got was ok. The chairs and lamps never came still two plus months later. The people they say they work with to get the items don’t have them listed as retailers that they work with and the customer service is a joke here. There’s no one to speak with no way to resolve any of these issues do not go here. Also for a store going out of business they sure have been open still a very long time and still continue to restock new items which I find very strange for a place that is closing why would you keep adding new items if you claim you want everything gone now hurry hurry. Bull crap con artist.

Bought a BT 3930 4 handset unit. System failed after a few months. Replacement sent but was broken before it arrived. As requested returned all units at a cost of £6.50 to me. Company refused to compensate me and has ignored subsequent requests. Poor service and would not do business with them again.(all for the sake of £6.50!!!)

I have tried contacting this company on multiple occasions, through phone and email regarding my missing item to no avail.

It has now been nearly 6 weeks since I paid in full for my items (2 bedside tables, 2 chests of drawers and 1 wardrobe) and I am still missing half of the wardrobe!

It's more unacceptable that they have not got in contact to try and resolve the issue.

I won't be using this company to buy from again.

I bought a wardrobe had to chase for delivery when it finally arrived had to return it badly damaged I have been chasing a refund for 3 weeks still not recieved one they have ignored all my emails will never use them again terrible feel ripped off

This is a really practical and useful furniture not to mention how neat it looks, It feels strong And sturdy and yet light to move around as well as affordable too,

Will not reply to emails, and will not answer phone, greeted by answer machine only.

stay well clear of this company,do not trust the reviews most likely fake, they take your money, the phone number takes messages,there is another number 08009709779 after getting through one day and told to phone next day for sales,they today are a different company
