Amazing service, they were really kind and accommodating. They truly work as a team and make you feel accompanied throughout this complex process. We are two international friends living in CPH and we were hesitant about renting an apartment in this merciless market, but the HOME guys answered all our questions and were very patient and consistent.

We sold our apt.through HOME Amagerbro Mathias Wiegell and we had a very good experience.
Mathias worked 24/7 to make sure there's clients always coming to apt.
It was easy to get feedback from him all the time. And he was always ready to answer any kind of questions we ask him.
We highly recommend HOME to anybody who is about to buy or sell apt.

Unfortunately, my experience is everything but good. Home (Vesterbro) is selling the house I'm renting. The lack of professionalism and work ethic is something I've never seen before - and it's not my first time renting a house that is being sold.
Starting from opening the door with their own copy of the keys, without knocking or informing, lying when confronted with the fact that some of the visits were not scheduled, using the furniture during the visits, not removing the shoes to get in, not wearing a mask inside in the middle of a pandemic and most recently, leaving the house and toilet mat full of mud and dog marks - I've taken pictures and collected all the pieces of evidence to proceed with a formal complaint. When calling them to get some explanations, they just promise to get back with information - which never happened. Being in the middle of a pandemic and dealing with such a situation is stressful. I do not recommend Home's services to anyone.

home Amager - Sundbyvester sold my apartment with no time ( before it was with other broker for 6 months and it was nightmare to deal with agent).
Truly professional team, after each showing - we have received feedback what was really great.
Whole process with all documentation, answering to buyer questions went smoothly.
In addition the Home.dk app is super useful and let you keep everything in order (statistics, reminders about showings, mails etc)

I came from India and looking for an apartment on rent in Valby. Through website I found this apartment and I contacted Home.DK. From then Zebastian is in touch with me. He has given very good service to me, shown me the apartment, gave me all details. He and Homes.DK are so co-operative that, they understood my problems and helped me so that I can get my required rental apartment.
I appreciate, the patience shown by Zebastian to solve my queries. I called him many times, with many question and some of the other problem, but all the time, he listened me carefully and with patience.

We have recently moved to Copenhagen and house hunting was a mere struggle. At the end it was Nicolai Ravn- Jonsen from home.dk to the rescue who not only helped us in finding the right apartment at the right location but also got us a wonder deal! We would highly recommend home.dk and thank Nicolai for his assistance!

We used Home Charlottenlund to sell our apartment on Ordrupvej. Unfortunately it was not the best choice. We definitely felt under prioritised. Perhaps because it was a small apartment and not a villa we were selling. Our first show house wasn't advertised so obviously no one turned up. We had four different junior agents, who didn't coordinate information. I honestly feel that if an experienced agent had at least facilitated some of the showings, that we would have had more offers. More than 50 showings/open houses and only 3 offers -none of them close to asking price but we settled eventually. Having said that, it did sell after 7 months, lowering the price by almost 10% and re-arranging the interior.

He has been very helpful throughout the process, very friendly and well organised. The whole process went smoothly, and we can't wait to move in to our new place!
