Paid nearly £60 for a jacket that looks nothing like the photos and feels like it cost about £8 to make. The stitching was already coming loose when it arrived. For that price I expected so much better. Requested a refund two weeks ago and still heard nothing back from them.
Terrible attitude of Staff sold a recliner bed with dangerous wiring and when approached claimed all electrical items are pat tested, removed the black tape around wire to expose black sheath cut and brown wire exposed, if this was pat tested then they should have went to specksavers? Now contactingTrading Standards would have got refund if Jackie’s attitude to Customer Service was in order

My daughter washing machine broke down and worried she needed one quick. She got in touch with them as they had some in the shop. She paid £150 for the machine and £10 for delivery. Machine arrived she had it plumbed in. Not all washing circles worked properly. It also didn't drain on one circle so flooded her kitchen. So she avoided that one. when the washing machine is finished leaving door to dry out it leaks from the rubber like water bulid up. Then if you close the door so it doesn't leak onto the floor the water then stinks the machine out like rotton veg. I contacted the company who said our electrician will look at it so we will pick it up next week which was yesterday. They call me today to say nothing wrong with the machine. No smell working fine. I dispute this and told them as much I was really angry with them about this and said as much on the phone. I also told them to keep the machine as we would then need to pay for a proper domestic engineer to check the machine and then payout to have it taken to the tip.
I feel they feel they done no wrong but they basically ripped my daughter of for the sum of £160 I want people to know regardless to them being a charity their prices definitely don't reflect that so go to a proper company that you have proper comeback and proper washing machine engineer's that know the ins and out of the type of machine. Don't buy from them unless you don't mind wasting money especially during this covid-19 pandemic where getting things is hard enough with shifts cut
