Please spend your money elsewhere !
As you will read time after time the service is deplorable . The money was taken for the survey after 3 days. The survey conducted after a further 10 days.
It then took ANOTHER 21 days to get the report!!!!!
That included unanswered phone messages, being given weak promises via email and being ignored.
The point of this service for us was convenience as we are both working full time. We had to spend MORE time chasing the report.
(Of note we did not start doing this until after the 10th working day)
The best and only recommendation we can make is for you NOT to consider this service under ANY circumstances !
They have never contacted Trustpilot over a review ?? Not shocked by that !

Really helpful friendly staff and great choice of doughnuts

Poor service received. When selling the survey to me I was advised of a 3 - 5 day working day wait for the report. I read a lot of negative reviews but went with YourSurvey due to the timing as the reviews seemed to pick up around the time I was looking. The quote was also around £100 cheaper than the others I'd found so I hoped for the best.

I needed my report within the promised time as I was being pressured by the chain to set a completion date. The surveyor I was given ended up taking 8 working days to send my report and this was only after I threatened to complain to RICS and report his company to the Financial Ombudsman if he continued to take almost twice as long as the maximum time I should've been waiting.

He blamed IT issues, other surveys holding him up, cut off my calls, ignored emails prior to this, even though I was polite and reasonable for the few days before this.

I'd definitely recommend going elsewhere or perhaps cancel within the period between booking but not within 24 hours of your appointment where it's free to cancel your survey. The report was good when it finally arrived but if you're time-pressured which most home buyers are, especially when involved in a chain, you can't afford to wait around on so-called 'professionals' to pull their finger out

I wasn't sure about using this company as I had read a couple of bad reviews however the service I received was second to none and my survey was done at a very competitive price. The survey was carried out within 2 days and the results only 2 days later. Very thorough and comprehensive report I couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

Great service, very helpful and professional

I wanted to leave a review as I had read a few bad ones, but my husband had already booked and paid for it by the time I could speak to him. Anyway, I was obviously wary, but thankfully I had no reason to be. The customer service I received was second to none. The lady I spoke to was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My husband booked and paid for the survey, but I was the contact after that and I have absolutely no complaints. In fact, I have recommended to my work colleague and she is also going to book. So, thank you to all involved!

Absolutely outstanding service from this company! Very friendly and helpful staff all my questions were answered in detail. I received a very comprehensive report within the time frame! Excellent company I would highly recommend. I would defiantly use this service again!

The service I received from Your Survey Ltd was amazing, every email I sent was replied to instantly and the girls on the phone were very helpful and polite would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a house xx

Used this company for our survey, had no problems whatsoever. Completely stress free! The survey came through in quick time, each time I spoke to a member of staff they were nothing but polite and helpful. Very thorough service from start to finish. I spoke to the owner of the company (kelly) on a few occasions and she was nothing but helpful and efficient. Will be recommending!

I should have read these reviews before. I have booked a survey with this company and I had to call number of times for the report and every time they used to say Surveyor has not uploaded the report. The customer service is very poor and they are very rude.

Please avoid this company

If I had read these reviews I would not have come near this company. I booked a survey with them after they call me severally and I thought wow, excellent customer service.
They promised to send the report within five working days of the survey, it is more than ten working days after the survey and I am still waiting for the report.
I have called them three times and they kept on saying that the surveyor has not uploaded the report, they are acting from a script. I am telling all my colleagues to avoid this company and never deal with them at all.

The service and company is appalling and I would never recommend to anyone!

Again like other people have mentioned below, I wish I had read reviews before booking.

My survey was carried out on the 21st June and I was told I would have my report within 5 working days.

I called on the day I should have received my report and they said that the surveyor had not yet uploaded my report and I should have it by the end of the day, I didn't receive it.

I then called the next day on the Saturday and asked where my report was, seems to me the staff on the telephone have a script to read from to get you off of the phone, guess what they said...'the surveyor hasn't uploaded the report yet but you will have it by the end of the day'.

I still haven't received anything now and I have sent an email and had no reply and they are no longer answering when I call.

I would avoid this company at all costs and definitely pay that bit extra for a well know and respectable business in future. I have learnt my lesson the hard way like I know a few other people commenting will have.

i'm absolutely outraged and need this report!

Heads up I’m only here publicly to let all surveys suppliers they are doing a great job .Keep feeding surveys that work and reward that way you all will always have a great rep....Make sure all my surveys accounts get surveys the reward guys and I guarantee you you will have a great reputation...God bless you all .....

Just avoid this, scammers

Avoid this company, I paid for a full survey & also made a request for a valuation & rebuilding estimate. I paid the fee expecting these to be done, but they were not included in the report. When I queried the company said that these items are not part of the standard survey & referred me to the terms. They stated that my order was processed by someone new to the company so my request wasn't actioned. They now want me to pay £150 more. Avoid.

I had a bad experience with Your Survey Ltd.
I booked a building survey with valuation.
SRP Property Consultants Ltd was the company of my area that made the survey.
Once I received the report that was not accurate I sent an email asking some questions.
I was told the Surveyor was on holiday and I never got any reply.
Also the valuation was not accurate.
The valuation he gave me was the same price I offered (they knew how much I offered for the house).
Once I bought the house I found out the house price is lower of nearly £20.000(TWENTYTHOUSAND POUNDS)
What is the point to book a valuation and pay more money if they say the house is worth what you have offered?
I would not use Your Survey and SRP Property Consultants again.

Fantastic service from start to finish with this company. They were extremely quick with the initial contact. I then received an email with the quotation, i then booked the survey in the day after. The survey was booked in for the week after ( which was explained on email). I then received the report 4 days later by email. The report was very detailed and helpful. Overall experience was great! The sales team were very professional and very helpful. Highly recommend this company!!

This company was the first to respond to my initial online quotation, very speedy response and an excellent competitive prices. Once I had chosen Your Survey to carry out my Homebuyers Report it was a very easy and quick process. The survey was conducted 2 days after instructing then the report followed 3 working days afterwards. Also the sales team were happy to help at any time, I would highly recommended this company.
