Good service at the store, staff extremely helpful. Achieved promised delivery, notified day and time, advised one hour before delivery. Delivery team, two guys, managed to get a heavy item to the exact place in the house where we needed it.

Izzy was incredibly helpful picking paint colours and thinking of extra painting equipment I needed.

After collecting my order which was quite a few items when putting in boot of car I noticed one item was missing, I went back into the store within 10 minutes to tell them, the assistant at the desk that I spoke with was very polite and helpful but has to call someone else to assist me, unfortunately this person was not very polite and kept saying that he had to count the stock before he could get the item, the way this was said on many occasions made it seem that he felt I was lying and how I was treated in front of other customers made me very uncomfortable, after a long wait of at least 20 minutes he eventually brought the item to me and handed it over without a word, as this is the level of customer service given I don't think that I will be in a hurry to return to Homebase any time soon

Carolyn helped us to design our new bathroom and showed great patience with us as we kept changing our minds. The products we eventually chose were just what we wanted and looked superb when installed. We are thrilled with the finish. We were fully supported by Carolyn when we found we have overordered and were refunded promptly. Having previously had a kitchen from Homebase, we have no hesitation in recommending them and particularly Carolyn

The help and advice which I was given by Jim in the timber/wood cutting department made my visit to Homebase much easier. Jim was respectful towards my lack of woodworking knowledge and guided me to the right products as well as providing a professional and efficient wood cutting service.
