Feeling sadly let down
Feeling sadly let down! Which is a shame as the the staff that served me couldn't have been more helpful on the day I ordered my kitchen cabinet in Barnstaple. I've waited till 2pm to hear when my delivery would be today and just had a phone call back at 2.40 pm to say they will fill the forms in to head office and I will hear within 48 hours? I've stayed home especially today which was the day the member of staff said my kitchen cabinet would arrive it's also printed on my receipt..
Update: My cabinet arrived this morning! 5.1.24 Thank you to Louise who gave me an explanation on the problem with my delivery and also for the call from Homebase in Barnstaple....

Outstanding customer service from Tracey & Elaine..
Went out of way to help me when I enquired if they had any fold up ottoman storage boxes/trunks( I couldn't think what they were called but Tracey worked out what I meant... )
Showed me what they had , was one particular one left in sale , carried it down off shelf so I could have a look to see size inside , went out of way to check on system if they did any in my preferred colour , and enquired if could give further discount as was last ex display one with small mark ( which they did on top of sale price)
Offered to carry out to carry out to car for me... a great help !!
Very pleasant/friendly and nothing was too much bother ..
Exceptional customer service experience, very happy 😊

Only had to wait an hour before…
Only had to wait an hour before collection for click and collect, really pleased they were on the shelf waiting for me, apart from homebase on a whole there is never enough people serving and no one around when u need advice.
