Whilst an order in my name had been picked it was the wrong item. A member of staff went to find the one ordered. This was one previously opened, I hope that the parts are still in it.

Quick and easy to order online. Received confirmation that it was available for collection really quickly and collection was also quick and easy.

Parcel arrived on time,in good condition.and very easy to put together.

Tonya, was very helpful. Not at all pushy, rather giving as much time and space as needed to make the final decision. I visited the store on several occasions to tweak the kitchen plan. Tonya worked hard to get as much as possible fir my set budget. Thank you Tonya

We were looking for a lawn-mower, some wood for our new compost bins and some log storage solutions - which turned out to be quite an involved process (including queries on suitability of treated wood for compost and price differences). The staff were very patient and helpful, making our overall shopping experience much less stressful than it could have been otherwise. Thank you, Emma!

Click and collect order was placed then I went directly to the store. I acknowledged I was early and hadn't received instructions that my order was ready for collection. However, the colleague at the desk produced my products in seconds. Amazing customer service.

My local branch didn’t have any stock of the tiles I required but advised that I could contact another store and organise a Evri/DPD delivery.

I contacted Berwick Upon Tweed and spoke to the lovely Craig who confirmed they had stock and talked me through the process. Communication via phone/email was prompt and polite. Craig packed, posted and provided a receipt with a reference so I could track the item.

Incredible customer service, this experience has been simple, efficient and stress free. Very happy customer thanks to Craig and team☺️

I found exactly what I wanted and more as there was a sale on! I asked for help and was assisted by two helpful gentlemen who happily stopped what they were doing. The store appeared tidy and reasonably well stocked. The only minor criticism was that the item I was looking for had had other products stacked in front but I did find them so no harm done.

We live about 40 minutes away so it is great to be able to order online and collect and not have wasted journey. Simple process made better by a smiling and very helpful lady at the till.

I had visited Berwick upon Tweed Homebase yesterday, bought two tester pots of paint and taken some leaflets showing paint colours. The two testers were too dark so I'd circled two new colours on the charts but could not find them in the shop. Connor was extremely efficient and helpful and I was very pleased to have had his advice and his help.

Purchased a pressure washer today Sean was very helpful in finding the one we were looking for despite not being on the shelf. Polite attentive and seemed genuinely pleased to help us.
