My order was easy to place and when collected the staff member on the desk was very helpful and efficient.

Excellent service from Lorraine and Paul. I was in the store buying a lot of fence paint, and Lorraine helped me with choosing the correct colour. Pointed out an offer on the Ronseal paint which made it a better deal than buying the Cuprinol. Paul helped me load it up and put it in my car. Served by Connor on the till, and was very friendly and pleasant. Overall, a great local store that had everything I needed

I went in to Homebase to buy patio sand, but the plants looked so good I bought 2 as well. The garden area was well laid out and the plants look well cared for. Paul helped me load up my car, so gold star to Paul. He was helpful, mannerly and very approachable.

Ordered a lot if laminate flooring. Great price as had offer on. Spoke with customer service as date for delivery to soon and two items being brought on different days. Priya sorted it with ease. Kept well informed about delivery. Which went seamlessly considering how heavy each pack is( there are 28!)

Outstanding customer service today whilst looking for sanding sheets to fit my electric sander. The lady was called Lorraine, I asked for her name personally as when you go above and beyond you should be recognised. Lorraine was very helpful and informative. I have visited this store many times and been served by Lorraine before when buying paint again extremely informative, she knows the products well and delivers excellent customer service.

There were no staff around to query purchase of bathroom fittings, and only 1 person covering tills ….. it was busy!

I am thinking of buying a new kitchen and I was assisted by a lovely gentleman called Scott. He was very polite and listened with interest to what I was saying. Not knowing what I was exactly looking for, Scott suggested that he could do a quick design on the computer for me to give me a rough idea of what my new kitchen could look like. He talked me through the different units and within minutes I had a visualisation. Scott has booked an appointment for myself to come back in for a consultation with one of his colleagues in a couple of weeks. Well done Scott for giving a great level of customer service, keep up the good work!

Purchased some (heavy) garden supplies from the Berwick upon Tweed branch of Homebase and was served by Connor. Super friendly and helpful and went beyond his job requirements by helping me with my purchases into the boot of the car. This store are lucky to have him!

Had preservative I needed in stock and on special offer. Click and collect all ready for me to pick up. Helpful staff.

Big queues but got served fairly quickly young man helped me to my car fab. Asked for some string to keep my boot closed was told would have to buy something cheapest string £10 asked the supervisor was there anything cheaper said no didn’t bother to go and look and advised me if he had something would give me some. I advised I had spent £172 and should have been given free delivery in the meantime my boot is open no one offered to help go to have a look so left won’t be returning will spend my money elsewhere
