Amazing service from the lady at the phone desk at kings Heath branch she always called me with updates on my item. She was very friendly and very informative. Excellent customer service

Went in to get some paint mixed. There was an issue getting the mixing machine to cooperate but the staff were really helpful, explained why it was taking longer and made sure I got the paint I wanted in the end. Only got the names of Justin and Robin, although in the end about 4 staff members in total helped. Always go here for colour matching as the staff are so helpful.

Very helpful staff. Special mention to Zahid, who is very efficient and friendly. He tried to sort out our problems to his best knowledge. We are very impressed with his service.
