We were looking for garden plants and needed some advice as to what to purchase that slugs do not like as our current ones had all been eaten.

We found Angela in the garden centre who took great care and interest and showed us some possible plants that would suit. Thank you so much our garden looks so much better.

I had a wonderful experience while shopping at this store. Teresa was really pleasant when she greeted me. She went above and beyond to help me and I couldn't thank her enough.

The store was filthy; rubbish all over the place, rusty trolleys. The staff seemed confused about click and collect and unsure where orders were. One assistant said “Hello, what do you want here: are you collecting something heavy” and then just wandered off.

Teresa was brilliant. Went in to get 2 tins of paint - only 1 on the shelf. She checked stock and found another in the warehouse. She searched and found it. Then as I'd been waiting a while she served me straight away apologising to other customers in a very professional manner

Ordered 2x5 Litre tubs of Ronseal Fence life plus and when collected the order they gave me the fence life one coat which is a cheaper item. This was however rectified when I pointed it out.

Teresa on the collection desk was really helpful and patient dealing with my collection and refund on a defective planter despite the queue of people using the collection desk rather than the tills (only one open for most of my stay in the store). She and her colleague at the collection post were so pleasant to customers despite the pressure.
