I've found everything I needed at a very good price and staff were very helpful

Very nice and friendly cashier

Stock in good condition, but it was really unclear whether or not promotions had been applied on the receipt. Most of the prices in the outdoor pots section were either missing or obscured through fading.

We were served by India and what a helpful pleasant young lady she was.

Sales assistant , Tegan was incredibly helpful, patient and proactive in helping place my order. She called around a number of stores and went as far as offering to collect items personally from another store.
Tegan’s manner is polite, professional and friendly. I’m my view. An asset to the sales team.

Easy to order online and no queue to collect.

Grabbed a member of your staff KEVIN in car park he said meet me in garden section he bought heavy trolley loaded 10 bags of soil then placed them in boot of my car absolutely charming guy.

The help for which corner set to buy really friendly to talk to helped to take and put in my van couldn’t ask for a better experience this is one of the reasons I always use this store in Bishops Stortford

I bought a hose and starter set which Raith assembled for me, checking that they would fit my Karcher machine. He really was so kind and helpful. Staff in this store are such a pleasant group of people.

Lovely experience today with all staff very helpful and friendly.
Checked what we wanted to see if in stock and helped to put in boot of car which was a bit tricky once paid for.
Jade on tills and George who was very good in taking to car and manoeuvring into boot were especially helpful.

I really liked that Kevin spotted me looking a bit bewildered in the store on a busy Saturday and took the time to ask if I needed any help. He gave great advice and then helped me carry heavy items to the car. Made my trip much less hassle than it was shaping up to be and I appreciate that.

Great, ordered and collected with ease.
