You don't know how luck you are to have Maddy in the store,she not just tried to make sure i had everything but she even gave me some tips about what i was looking for and how to improve my journey in growing plants, one of the best lady out there.

James was very polite, friendly and organised someone to help me to my car with all my purchases. I visited the store twice on 25th May and James was great both times. His colleague Francesco was also very friendly and helpful on 26th May and loaded my heavy slate into my car.

I was helped in store today with a paint colour today that had been discontinued. Alan found the Dulux colour on the system and mixed up a sample pot for me, he also reassured that the colour will still be available to purchase even though it’s not advertised. He was extremely polite and helpful

This is more than I can say for the return visit when he wasn’t working and the member of staff couldn’t be bothered to help me find the item your website said was in stock and told me if they wasn’t there, it was tough luck. Needless to say I found the item in a different location myself…
