I forgot to put the discount in when I bought a hedge trimmer on line with click and collect but the staff in store sorted it and refunded the difference. My mistake they sorted it.
Every time we visit Bracknell branch we find cheerful staff! Today the customer service agent sorted out our 2 returns effortlessly. We then went and spent the refund on other items!
Great rug looks lovely. Good value as bought in the sale. Great customer service on collection.
Prompt and easy pick up and easy to purchase 5*****
It was easy to find the product I wanted on the Homebase website and very easy to place my order. It was in stock in my local store and I was quickly notified that my order was ready to collect. Collecting it was simple, there were no queues and it was easy to park.
Rubbish you sold my bag of compost after I had bought it .
then text me to tell me it was ready
then texted me to tell me that I had collect it when I hadn’t.
then you try to phone me and leave a message that you were sorry and ignore ail previous messages as you didn’t now have my ordered .

I went to the shop quite late, about 19.00 Hrs, for four small items. I did not know the location of the items so to save time I asked staff members where they were. On each occasion the person asked was friendly and helpful and either immediately directed me, or led me, to the exact location.
I went to pick up a click & collect order. The staff recognised immediately that the paint can picked was damaged, I think this must have been because it was the last one. They offered a credit straight away and made it really easy. Great friendly service and proactive at solving problems.
Quick to get a response and resolved the problem .
Well done to Homebase Bracknell team for end-to-end customer service excellence! My experience was a good one. I sought a household product as a replacement the one I had for years but had recently damaged - but all stock in central and greater London was depleted. Homebase head office indicated low stock held in the Bracknell store. I rang the store and Clive was simply BRILLIANT in handling my query. He checked stock on the system and shelves, sent a photo to confirm it was the correct item so I could order immediately. The item was ‘click and collect’ from in-store only but given my disability Clive explored all options for home delivery at a fee as a ‘reasonable adjustment’ for me. Alas Homebase corporate processes & procedures were rigid and not disability-friendly. (The ‘Shift’ service requires in-store presence was useless to me). Clive is a true champion of customer service - he was polite, professional and competent from the first point of contact, throughout he went extra mile to put disability equality into practice to try to resolve my delivery needs - but was simply disempowered by company policy. He communicated the outcome at each stage. He took my issue seriously. In the end I had to get public transport from London to Bracknell at the weekend (on a non-work day) to collect my purchase. Given the unforeseen disruption to, and cancellation of trains, and mobility issues, it was onerous, tiring, and somewhat inconvenient. Homebase as a company should re-consider the rigidity of its ‘not available for delivery’ policies which need to flex for exceptional cases - especially when a disabled customer is willing to pay for postage and packing (which is revenue for the company rather than a train one). However, when I finally arrived at the Bracknell store it was well laid out, clean, easy to navigate and well signposted. I collected my item without any problems. So, a massive, massive call out and commendation to Clive for his commitment to customer service excellence, and his effort to explore a store-to-store transfer of the item to London. Thanks to the very efficient lady on Bracknell’s click and collect point on Sat 31/8/24. Highest customer delight scores and ‘brownie’ points to Clive and the rest of the team at Bracknell Homebase (well done!) but unfortunately low awareness and understanding of ‘reasonable adjustment’ provision for disability-friendly policy to Homebase corporate centre, who get lots of ‘frownie’ points.
Easy to order with click and collect
Offered and accepted help to load into car
I went to collect the order but it was the wrong item and they did not have the correct one in stock. Wasted trip. Friendly, apologetic staff though.

I collected the paint from the store which was all good, however by the time I had travelled the incredibly short journey home, the underneath of my seat had a 5 litre pool of paint under it. Customer Services were sympathetic but not helpful as it was a ‘click and collect’ order. She was unable to explain what the difference was in terms of customer service had I queued up at the till and paid instore. The store manager did replace the paint which was good of him but was insistent that there was nothing wrong with the ‘usually difficult to remove lid’. I would have understood if I had raced home across countryside but I live just up the road! 😔

I have spent several weeks deciding on a new kitchen, with appliances, and have always received excellent service. Claire has put up with answering endless questions and I have always been able to contact her out of hours through WhatsApp.
Ordered late at night when store closed and order was ready by 8am next day. Great service.
When arrived all was ready and the guys helped with loading
