Hi damage
Hi. The item was ready for collection and there looked to be no damage to the box. Once I started to assemble it I found several parts had got bent. I have tried to contact Homebase but got no reply. I am not happy that I can't contact anyone about the damage.

Chris, Cain, the lady on the tills, and the one who helped us return an unwanted order (I'm sorry I didn't get a chance for your names).. They were all fabulous! we bought some outdoor seating and really didn't like the look of it, but whilst we were in store, we found one we loved. They did the return and helped us get the other one into our car... Great group of people in this shop who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thank you very much!

I would like to thank Rayan at Homebase, Enterprise Retail Park, Bradford, BD10 8EG for his assistance on 31st July. The item I wanted was on show but out of stock. However he heard a delivery had just arrived and found my it was now available. He was friendly, polite, helpful, professional and just very lovely. He helped me get everything into the car. Homebase are very lucky to have such an employee.
