Gina went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase and to carry our heavy garden furniture to our van. She helped us with another purchase from another store which was out of stock at the Bradbury store. What a helpful, young lady she is . Thanks again Gina 😄

Thanks so much to Kathryn and Connor for their friendly help and assistance today getting some plants and large bamboos through the store in Bredbury. Tall, healthy bamboos really well priced too. Always a nice store to visit, thanks again for you help.

Click & collect service was excellent and the cheapest deal.

Item was ready ahead of time and the staff we pleasant and courteous.

Gina was fantastic at mixing the paint with great knowledge of how the paint mixing machine worked, also very friendly and helpful

The product I ordered was in stock as expected although it'd only just arrived on the delivery.

The staff were very helpful and professional in handling my order.

Good afternoon Sir or Madam

I am writing to you in relation to our experience at the Homebase store in Bredbury. Stockport.

Myself and my finance attended the above store on Sunday 31 March 2024.

There we spoke to an extremely polite, friendly, and professional person who I now know to be Derek Cropper.

The purpose of our visit was to purchase and replace our kitchen in the home. Having spent just over an hour with Derek.

A decision was made by myself and fiancee, that Derek is fantastic, not pushy, his attitude towards us was brilliant. In the car home, we both said our next kitchen is going to be purchased from Homebase in Bredbury.

After looking over the paperwork given to us by Derek, over several days. I arranged with Derek, for us to re-attend the store to discuss the quote provided by him.

At 11.30 hours on Sunday 7 April 2024, myself and fiancé attended Homebase store in Bredbury.

On arrival we were offered a cup of tea or a glass of water. Derek is an extremely professional person.

He is a fantastic person, who has an amazing work ethic, to be honest, a lot like myself.

The other male who was also extremely, polite, friendly and professional. I now know to be Gary. He was absolutely brilliant and so helpful, attentive, and extremely professional.

Gary checked over the kitchen paperwork and made sure we were fully happy with the kitchen specifications and price.

I work with over 28,000 people, and I will definitely recommend family, friends, and colleagues at work to Homebase in Bredbury in the future.

So, with respect, can a Senior Manager sincerely thank Derek and Gary for all their help and support by helping us to choose a fantastic kitchen from Homebase.

Thank you Homebase for employing two fantastic guys. Well done again.

Popped in to get a table saw, knowing absolutely nothing about what I'm looking for. Paul helped to decide what is best for what I need and found me Black & Decker discontinued table saw that was priced at £200 on the shelve but £84 through the scanner. Snatched that up quick! Great bargain, thanks to Paul. My son is currently making rabbit hutch in the garage, using the saw, as I write this. X

Lovely service in homebase

Went to Homebase to pick up 6 x 50Ltr bags of compost . When I got home realised C&C people had picked the 25 Ltr bags by mistake , which I had inadvertently loaded into my car? Had to drive back to the store ( a round trip of 10 miles) to collect the correct bags.

Very helpful with click & collect. Even bought order to the car.

Easy to order on line and click and collect was efficient and speedy.

Bought some large pieces of wood and some small bags of screws etc. When I arrived home I realised I had left the little bags in the trolley after packing the wood. Drive back to the store and explained the situation to an extremely helpful store assistant who replaced the missing items with no hassle. What excellent customer service!

Found more than we bargained for (in a good way - lots of planting now planned for the weekend!). Debbie was very lovely on the checkout and a credit to your store.

Went to Homebase to buy some more stone-effect 41cm plastic plant tubs.
There was a stack of them in a corner. Filthy and utterly wedged together.
My son and I could not pull them apart.
Neither of us could separate any tubs.
Two lads from in the store tried to help but to no avail.
Then Gina came out and I was sceptical......
But she was UTTERLY determined to get those plant tubs for us - and after a humongous effort, she succeeded.

Well done Gina - you went the extra TEN miles for your customers.
