Homebase - Bredbury Reviews 

This was my second visit to the Bredbury site.
The store staff are friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. I had ordered a bench and needed help to get it into my car.
Gary came straight across to assist me. He has a lovely, cheerful personality and managed to get it into my car very expertly and carefully. Left to me it would still be on the forecourt!

Paul, Duty Manager, was extremely helpful with an exchange. The lawn mower we were wanting to swap like for like wasn't in stock, so Paul gave us a great deal on a better make and model. A genuinely lovely man, amazing customer service and credit to this store. Thank you!

Called into Homebase Bredbury today for some decorating items. My first time buying wallpaper and I hadn’t got a clue how much to buy. I was helped by Paul who checked my wall size and then did the calculations on his phone. He was so helpful with lots of other decorating tips and advice. I don’t usually shop at Homebase but I will now. Well done Homebase for having such professional and knowledgeable staff.

Easy to book click and collect. Quick turn round, just over an hour. Item ready for collection at checkout.

I found a pleasant and helpful female assistant who pointed me to the reduced plants section. I purchased three plants for a bargain price so came away a happy customer!

Ordering very straightforward and delivery really quick. Item was perfect. Took a bit of a gamble because the product could only be ordered online so I hadn’t seen it before bought it. However, it is as described and the colour was perfect for the room.
Very well packaged too. Wish we had a Homebase nearer to us as love your products.

Staff were very helpful and assisted getting it into the car.

Visited the Bredbury store and Kathryn went out of her way to help us. So knowledgeable and found everything we were looking for. She is a credit to your brand and knew so much about planting and gardening. A very personal service and we will return.

Went into Homebase - Bredbury on Sunday to buy one item and left with many thanks to Aimee and Katherine!! They were more than happy to help me out with my garden project and I got lots of lovely stuff!! Thank you both!

As a side note to the Homebase big wigs - I don't know why you wait so late to put plants on sale? Plants that are clearly sad and struggling should be put on sale sooner so they don't go in the bin!! Much better for the environment and for people who can't afford to spend lots on their garden (who deserve to have nice gardens the same as everyone else!).

Called at Homebase Bredbury yesterday to look at some ideas for spring plants for my garden. Saw a young lady, Aimee, who was in the process of reducing some old(ish) stock. Both my wife and I found her extremely helpful with really good product knowledge. We did, of course purchase some of the reduced stock, after all who doesn't love a bargain, but also purchased other items. This young lady certainly went out of her way to be both very approachable and friendly as well as remaining professional at the same time. A trait sadly missing in todays society. Great job Aimee

Called Bredbury store and a lovely lady called Karen was so helpful, kind and went out of her way.
Putting to one side 2 rolls of wallpaper I’d seen and needed the next day. Not only that but arranged the discount I could have got if I’d bought online!
When I went into the store the following day Debbie couldn’t have been more helpful, so thank you.
These days you’re lucky if you can actually get to speak to someone, never mind the fact they were both so helpful 😍
