1st class service , I picked up a new lawnmower and one of my old orders was still on the system , I told Richard who was serving me that I already had the pull along cart but was gutted as it had been discounted since I bought it , he then went to the till and put the difference back on my card , amazing service, will be buying the majority of my stuff from Homebase in future

Fantastic experience today the lady in the garden centre with glasses on was lovely and very helpful. I feel all the staff in the Bredbury store deserve positive recognition as every single time we've visited the staff are always really positive and helpful.

I ordered a 600w electric black and decker lawn scarifier which was in stock but couldn’t be collected for a few days due to injury. The item was saved for me following a telephone requested and when I did collect it, I was dealt with by a very pleasant assistant. Great service!

Part of my order went to the Altrincham branch and the manager sorted collection at the Bradbury branch

After waiting for the Yodel delivery the packaging was damaged when it arrived. I don't think I'll be buying anything else from Homebase for delivery.

Homebase in Bredbury is exceptional, with Katheryn deserving special recognition. I've visited several times, and each time she has gone above and beyond to suggest and guide me on specific plants. Katheryn is consistently friendly and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. She truly enhances the store's reputation, and her excellent service is why I keep coming back regularly.

Thank you Homebase, we approached Kathryn with a request for some bedding plants, she helped us out, nothing was too much trouble and it will make a big difference to our Residents who enjoy gardening and to those who love to enjoy the colours, fragrances and textures.
