Space saving.

Click and collect was easy and straightforward. We arrived at store headed to click and collect checkout, served quickly, order located and taken to my car for me.

Very efficient and extremely pleasant and helpful staff.

We chose a patio dining set and sought the advice of a member of staff, Jo came to our assistance, this lady could not have done more to help us, if only all shop staff were as helpful, she really went above and beyond for us.

The woman at customer service was quite rude. She saw I had a purchase as well as getting my collection item and just pointed at the till and said 'over there'. I advised I also had a collection and she was just unpleasant throughout the transaction. The young lad who then served me at the till was lovely and made up for the rudeness at the customer service desk. I'm very pleased with my purchases and have never had this problem before.

A big thank you to Nick at Homebase Bury St Edmund’s who was very helpful and polite in designing our new Kuchenmobel kitchen which we are extremely pleased with our re-fit. Also thankyou for recommending Simon the kitchen fitter and James the electrician who both did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend them.

The gentleman Paul was so helpful with a very heavy lawnmower that we desperately needed as our old one was broken. The lady at the pay desk Sam I think was also very helpful to us elderly folk..

The sign in the bury st edmunds store for gravel etc is misleading. The sign says that it can be found in builders. I took this to mean that I had yo go to a builders for sand. I spoke to Jo who was very understanding and showed me where it was.
