Homebase - Bury St. Edmunds Reviews 

I was looking for a specific light bulb which I could not find. I asked a member of staff who was on the floor putting together a display unit and she could not have been more helpful. After checking on her mobile she found me a facsimile which after fitting at home was perfect.

Very helpful staff and as I went in especially to collect a sale item (which unfortunately ended yesterday), the manager let me have it at the lower price.

Excellent service at Homebase. Staff even apologised for keeping me waiting to be served.

Jade at Homebase in Bury St Edmunds took a lot of time to help us with a query about paint, checking stock in store and then going online to try and source it for us in other branches. We are very grateful for the assistance she gave to us.

Jonas served me & he was incredibly helpful. He had good knowledge of the product I was asking about & with his assistance I made the purchase.

Lovely helpful staff when I went to collect my goods from Bury St Edmunds store x

I was confused re matching correct light bulbs to a ceiling light i was about to purchase so approached Jade who was busy on the shop floor. She was very approachable and friendly and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. She then helped me take my items to the till and served me straight away. Jade was extremely helpful and very pleasant. We need more people like Jade in today’s shops!

I asked this very helpful young man called Dan to assist me , he couldn't have been more helpful , going out of he's way to help , I wouldn't have been able to get my purchase if it wasn't for him , he went above and beyond. Thank you Dan very much .
And Jade on the till very polite and made me laugh . What a great shopping experience.

Jade was very positive and helpful

Very helpful staff on the shop floor who helped me. Clean well spaced shop, items easy to find. I had a lovely lady serve me on the tills, Jade was friendly helpful and we had a lovely little chat. Five stars to Jade for making a lovely start to my day.

Really good product, some attention needed for the assembly instructions. More clarity with the diagram.

Jade has a lovely, bubbly personality and also had excellent interpersonal skills with my Wife and I.

Went to buy rotary airer, couldn’t find the one we wanted. Then a guy named Janos came to help us. He went to the warehouse to check if there was one but none in stock. He then said he would help us to order one online. He was very patient, friendly and helpful. Homebase are lucky to have him

The staff were outstanding. Extremely helpful and accommodating. The overall cost was very competitive compared with alternate quotes but would have to say that the professional approach by the staff tipped the scales. Well done. Message to Homebase - look after your people. Thanks
