Shopping around the store was ok. But the customer service was very poor. The lady who served us was miserable never cracked a smile and made you feel awkward she shook her head and tutted when i struggled to get my card out of my purse. She definitely needs some training in customer service.

Being allowed to take my dogs in store…
Being allowed to take my dogs in store really makes for a better shopping experience for me as they set the alarm off if I leave them in the car!
Quick service Click and collect means we are in and out in a matter of minutes with the goods ready loaded onto a trolley
Friendly helpful man on the click and collect desk cheered up a rainy day as well

Though the sink was exactly what I…
Though the sink was exactly what I wanted it was delivered with a large crack in it. Though my bathroom fitter immediately rang and was told he would be phoned and emailed as yet we have heard nothing regarding an exchange of the item. I now have a nearly finished bathroom minus the sink. Customer service in this area is seriously lacking and I would hesitate to have anything ordered from Homebase again.

Good selection of products
Good selection of products , but no staff to ask where to find things .
and no signposts to the tills, when I did find the tills I had to wait till someone was called to serve me .
