Just had a new kitchen designed, delivered and fitted by Homebase, Gallagher Retail Park, Coventry. Looks amazing. From start to finish it has been seamless.
We started looking 2 yrs ago for a new kitchen, felt disappointed at the pressure other kitchen providers put on us as we shopped around searching for the 'one'. Both Katie and Ryan who we had spoken to several times during that time were amazing, very professional and never pushy. Eventually decided on the kitchen we wanted and Katie did a beautiful job of seeing what we wanted and putting it into a design that fitted our needs. Thank you! ❤️

From the ordering to collection it was very easy process.
I collected the order from the Coventry store where David P served me at the customer service point and Peter helped me by taking my heavy purchases to my car. Thankyou.
Overall Homebase has provided a good service and products.

Good service delivery came on time bit early but it's nice quality paint and good service at the shop too

I went to the homebase store with my toddler for a click and collect item,However upon walking to the collection desk I stumbled upon some fab items at sale price and well who am I to turn down a juicy sale at affordable prices...Happy days. Had a trolley full in the end..
A kind member of staff helped me to the car with the trolley as I had my toddler in pushchair.
Very happy with the store, cleanliness and ease of service...

From the very start, she listened carefully to our ideas and needs, and she brought them to life in a way that far exceeded our expectations. Her creativity ad attention to detail were incredible, and she made the whole process smooth and enjoyable,
The layout she designed is both beautiful and functional, maximising the space perfectly. Her professionalism, timely communication, and commitment made working with her an absolute joy. I highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for a designer who can transform their vision to reality!.

Ryan has been an excellent representative of the perfect and attentive customer service from homebase. He has looked after us with his expertise and recommendations and offered extra support with work top installations. We had guided us well in our kitchen design and looking forward our delivery. He has even offered support when our builders delayed our works and offered to see if they delay our kitchen delivery. Its been a pleasure and recommend his services from homebase.

Great staff at Coventry branch. A male member of staff was really helpful as an extra item I was looking for was out of stock. Apologies as I don't know his name. Lovely guy as he was friendly and courteous. Thank you as I've now collected the items.😀

I ordered my garden rug online, great value product. I received an email within an hour notify me that the product was ready to be collected. I went to the homebase in Coventry I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and how quick my product was dispatched.

The website was easy to navigate . I was kept informed on the progress of my order all the way through and the staff in the collection store were friendly and helpful

Ordering was very easy via phone, great selection of colours available, Paint on this occasion, Delivery was excellent, on time and delivered on date stated, items were well packaged. Delivery Courier was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

What a pleasure, can’t thank your gardening team member, Pete, enough. He couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting us out with our purchase of a large Olive tree , planter and compost / fertiliser. Gave us great advice and nothing was too much trouble for him. A credit to your company

Went into the store to buy 2 table lamps. I was approached by Pete, a member of staff asking if he could do anything for me , we had a chat about the lamps and he checked stock and unfortunately Coventry didn’t have them so I asked him to call another store to see if he could arrange anything, knowing nothing may come of it. However Pete kindly rang another store and sorted it for me to collect my lamps over the weekend at the Coventry store. Thanks Pete customer service was spot on
