She grasped our vision immediately, offered numerous innovative ideas, and even took the time to visit our property.

I went into the garden centre to ask about water features and had quite a chat with Pete about all sorts other than water features. I came away with over £50 of sale plants for just under £25, I hadn't gone in to get plants! It was nice talking to someone who knew his stuff. He was lovely and is an asset to the store. As I went to pay, I met the lovely Ty. He was also lovely and helpful. I have never been to this store and had a bad experience with staff. Everyone has always been helpful and friendly. Other stores could learn from your team.

I visited today Homebase at Gallagher Park, looking for some plants for my garden as always. Meet Pete who was watering all plants, had a chat with him, and told him that I am looking for good prices for some of the plants. Asked me which ones, so I showed him Agapanthuns plants. He mentioned to me that they will be reduced today -as they are on his list with half a price. I was happy with offered price, so took 2 plants, went to the till and paid half a price. That was a Great day for me. He made me feel happy today. Thank you Pete, you are lovely person to deal with🫠 always polite and friendly. See you soon.

I wanted a new kitchen but other companies hadn’t impressed me until I met Ryan from the Homebase kitchen team. First impressions were excellent so I knew I was going to order the kitchen through him! He helped me through the ordering process, discussed how to set out my kitchen to achieve maximum space whilst maintaining an up to date look. I opted for the pre made cabinets and Ryan helpfully recommended a fitter and also helped me source an extra large kitchen worktop. He has visited the site several times to make sure I am happy and inevitably small things can go wrong but he has been straight on them and sorted them. What a wonderful and stress free experience. Thank you so much Ryan for helping me out especially as you have done more than I would have expected. I would highly recommend Ryan if you are considering a new kitchen. I am one happy customer!

They had exactly what I needed and the service was great, Jada was extremely helpful and polite.

One item was not what I required, but, changing it to the item I did require was no problem.

It was easy to find the paint I wanted on the site and it was delivered, as they had said in the time. I was happy with the paint I chose and am going to buy more.

Nice & friendly staff and appreciated help with carrying heavy items out to the car and loading for me.

Katie was excellent from beginning to end , after been let down by a rival kitchen company.
Katie took my kitchen measurements & within hours had planned my new kitchen. She came to my home to ensure all the measurements were correct & had the patients of a saint, when I changed my mind several times on the right colour!
Her aftercare has been excellent & has gone above and beyond to ensure my project was completed as I'd organised my own fitter who didn't finish the snagging issues.
Ryan was also a great help when Katie wasn't available.

Easy process & my order was there ready & waiting. Would have been nice if the staff member had offered to give me a lift into my car, as the package was heavy. But apart from that great.

This gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He knew his stuff about the products and was more then happy to go above and beyond to help us. He took the time to ask what we were doing and advised us the best he possibly could which range of products would suit our needs best. Spent far more then needed, however we are more than happy with the outcome. Will ask for him next time we are here.

The person could have help me bring lawn mower to car

My visit to Homebase store was absolutely super. The customer service was at the most top priority. Served at the till very quickly, create customers soon as they walk through the door. Manager Deep was so helpful and Mark and his daughter Holly was unbelievable 👏 the service both provided was tremendous. I recommend everyone to visit this warm welcoming store.
