My visit to Homebase store was absolutely super. The customer service was at the most top priority. Served at the till very quickly, create customers soon as they walk through the door. Manager Deep was so helpful and Mark and his daughter Holly was unbelievable 👏 the service both provided was tremendous. I recommend everyone to visit this warm welcoming store. Thank 😊 You for the top notch 👌 Service.

Deep the guy from the click & collect department at the Coventry branch bought our lovely floor tiles out, took them to the car & put them in the boot. Great customer service. Would have been a struggle on my own.

I recently visited the garden department at Homebase Coventry and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The flowers and plants were in outstanding condition, showcasing vibrant colors and healthy growth that indicated top-notch care and attention.

A standout aspect of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Pete, a staff member in this department. Pete was incredibly knowledgeable and offered valuable advice on plant care and selection. His expertise and passion for gardening made the shopping experience both educational and enjoyable.

The difference between the garden department at Homebase Coventry and B&Q was like chalk and cheese. The quality and variety at Homebase were leagues ahead, making it 100 times better in every respect. If you’re looking for a superior garden shopping experience, Homebase Coventry is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I sent my daughter in to pick up the decking stain I ordered. She was given furniture stain instead, good job I checked before we drove home!

Pete was friendly, knowledgeable and kindly helped carry the compost from the store and put it in my car.

From start to finish the service we recieved from Homebase was nothing short of excellent. Designing our new Kitchen was so easy and straightforward. Katie was so patient and listened to exactly what we wanted, and made minor tweaks to the design that made what we wanted possible. There was no pushy upselling which we were half expecting.
We can't praise them enough, Katie & Ryan are so knowledgeable, both an incredible assett to Homebase. Nothing was ever too much trouble for either of them, and we were updated at every step of the way.
We decided we would fit the kitchen ourselves to save costs, and utilised their interest free finance option too. They offered us a help and advice right the way through to completion, which ended up being 12 weeks in total.
The quality of the kitchen is fantastic for the price. We couldn't be happier, and wouldn't hesitate is recommending them. Well done Homebase Coventry! 5****

Once the wardrobes were selected, James, the fitter, took over to ensure they were installed seamlessly. I was thoroughly impressed by James's professionalism and efficiency throughout the installation process. He worked diligently to remove the old wardrobes and expertly installed the new ones, all within the promised timeframe of two days. James's attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch craftsmanship were truly commendable, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Thanks to Ryan and James, my experience at Homebase Coventry exceeded all expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Good price and clear search for my choice of tiles. From arrival to collect took 2 minutes! I was behind another customer who was being given information and a member of staff came along and dealt with me. In and out in 2 minutes! What's not to like.

We recently visited the Coventry store & had our new kitchen designed by Katie, she was most helpful & knowledgeable on the design & installation of our new kitchen nothing was too much trouble for her or her colleague Ryan. Even when we encountered an unforeseen installation problem & had to delay by two weeks nothing was too much trouble & all went smoothly.
