Clare was so helpful and so patient with my query which she sorted out for me.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful and Clare is always smiling. If there is a queue then more tills are always opened.

Really quick and easy. Staff were super helpful.

I lost my receipt for a product that I bought in another store. I spoke to Clare sales assistant. She asked me some appropriate questions about my purchase and produce me another receipt to exchange. My I am Clair was absolutely professional kind friendly and extremely helpful. Took all the stress and anxiety away truly grateful.

Order ready quickly and available for collection. Good price as the grit and stones I ordered were on a 4 for 3 offer. Great friendly helpful service

Not sure what compost I needed, asked a lady at check out named Sam and she told me what I.needed . She asked a fellow employee also called Sam and he fetched the compost for me.

Big thanks to Clare and colleagues for cheerful and efficient help with my online order collection (Yale lock) and spontaneous purchase (of garden broom, dustpan and brush). Much wider selection of the latter than I'd typically expect, but guess that fits with being in Norfolk and not my usual more urban setting eh..

I went into the Cromer store to find some patio furniture & the staff were really helpful. There was the guy who usually does kitchens & Jamie who helped me to find out if there was any products that I needed in stock. Jamie & a guy called Howard helped to load it onto a trolley and took it through payment & to my car. They even offered to help load it. So they went above & beyond. Such good customer service & the lady on the till (180751 operator) was also lovely. It was my first time using the Cromer branch & the best staff I've had, as I usually go to norwich but don't get this service. I'll definitely go back!

Great Customer Service from Alan and Sam. They really went to a lot of trouble to help us purchasing an extendable dining table.
We can't thank them enough.

We wanted some paint which needed to be mixed. The assistant, Harry, (Harriet) scanned the material we had, to match the colour. She made the 1st one which was an excellent match. The 2nd colour we wanted was more of a challenge as we only had a very small area of colour to match, she suggested cutting it and joining it together to make a larger surface area which worked, however after opening the base coat to add the mix and placing it in the shaker the tin base split, paint everywhere. Harry cleaned up the unit and tried again, same thing happened. Undeterred she tried a 3rd time without using the machine and presented us with a tin of mixed paint, another excellent match. She remained pleasant throughout the whole procedure which must have been very frustrating for her. A credit to Homebase.

We were in the Cromer store and saw a Florence Garden furniture set on offer. I tried to place an order online but encountered a problem finalising it.
I went yo the Customer Service desk for assistance and spoke to a very helpful staff member called Sam Cole. She checked the product code on the company system, but also needed assistance from her manager to clarify some information. She kept me informed through the process and finally managed to complete my order with a suitable delivery date.

Sam was very pleasant and helpful, asked how my day was going and smiled as I was being served

My order was All ready and waiting when I arrived. Only said my name and item appeared. Quick service.

Sam, Jackie, Kev and Fraser went out of their way to help me find the cube unit I was looking for. It was supposed to be listed on the website and wasnt and the description had been changed but not updated in the system. They searched out the back to find the right one, then they managed to find it despite the fact that the code and description hadn't been updated even in the internal system

Sam was so cheerful, friendly and very helpful. Went out of her way to help and suggest other options. Exactly how customer service should be delivered, excellent!
