Homebase - Cromer Reviews 

Efficient, helpful, reliable - this is what I always find when I 'click and collect'.

Did some extensive searching for a new garden bench over the weekend and found the best value one at our local Homebase, eight mikes away. Could not be delivered online so we ordered it for collection and paid with PayPal. Went in to collect the bench this morning, after receiving a text saying it was ready for collection, gave the friendly customer services person my surname and walked out with it two minutes later. No worries. Bench now assembled and standing smartly in our garden. Thanks Homebase.

Sam made us feel a valued customer when waiting in the queue (another till was opening but She let us know we were next and she was happy to help).

Went to the Cromer branch on Saturday 27 April to purchase some paint but the colour I wanted wasn’t in store. Spoke to a very helpful young man who checked and advised the paint would be delivered on Monday. Went back to the store on Monday and the paint was still on a large pallet in the aisle. Spoke to Clare and Matt at the till and Matt could not have been more helpful. He split open the pallet wrapping and got me the paint which was on the bottom of the stack. Brilliant service which was much appreciated.

Emily at Cromer store 0852 served my husband and I on Thursday and was very efficient also very informative as we were hiring a rug doctor. She was also superb when I returned the machine the next day. Communicates with the public very, very well and it was a joy to be served by her. She also has a wonderful sense of humor.

Helpful efficient staff. Harry (a lady) was, on two consecutive days, very helpful, with good knowledge of products and their store locations, and went out of her way to help - first with paint, then washing line ground spike. Other staff have always been friendly and helpful, too, on many other visits.

I have used the ladder today to remove debris in one of my Gutters and all went well!
