I was in the Cromer store a few days in a row picking up items for my garden. Each time I checked out at the till Sam served me, she was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.

Thankyou to Sam and Jackie for making my purchase so easy. Both so happy to help and very friendly. Made my shopping experience very nice indeed 👍

Wrong product picked however, got there in the end!

I placed an order for quick and collect, this initially was very quick and easy to do which made me want to use this more often. When I got home, I received a call to let me know I had forgotten my items and left them on a bag of compost outside before driving home. I would like to thank Matt and Clare for both their great customer service both initially and afterwards and for checking the items against the orders on the system so they could match it to my order and contact me, as else I wouldn’t have remembered potentially until it was too late. Please pass on my appreciation to both Clare and Matt for their excellent customer service and help.

The assistant Clare was very helpful with my query and one of the other assistant's helped me with loading the items in the boot of my car. Thank you

Graham was very kind, personable, friendly and helpful! 5 stars for service. Would have given 5 stars overall if there were some bags of coal in stock.

We popped in to get some flooring, Kevin was so helpful. He talked us through the products and then got cardboard for the trolleys as it was raining. He took us to the till and then stored one trolley for us. We couldn’t fit in my son’s car so had to take it back. Clare who’s served us till called Kevin back out without us asking. He was so helpful and said we can keep here for you.
We went back 45 mins later in my car and took 1 trolley, again Clare Called Kevin out without us asking and he brought the trolley down.
He offered to load the car for us.
What a pair of superstars, the anticipation of Clare and support of Kevin.

Always treated well by the staff at Cromer but today I was particularly happy with a new face, Clare. Very understanding and helpful with a very happy demeanour.

The wording on the Dulux paint any 3 for 2 very deceiving as when we got thru checkout discovered gloss paint not included

The young man Luke who kindly put the heavy compost in car told us to go back and get the free coloured paint entitled to so we did and Sam sorted it at the till.

Service was very quick and efficient by a friendly and helpful lady called Esther.

Every single time I have used Homebase Cromer, which as a new home owner has been many times recently, I have found their staff exceptionally helpful. All are knowledgeable about stock and products, polite and friendly and give exceptional customer service with a smile. You leave with the impression of a great team.

Sam was very friendly and helpful, she offered some gardening gloves as they were on offer and we bought them as they were good gloves. We wouldn’t have spotted the offer without her suggestion. She’s an asset to the team.

Found what we needed with little effort & 2 staff we encountered were very friendly & helpful

We wanted to buy 6 x 18L Golden bamboo plants. However these plants are over 2 metres tall but are not available for delivery! It's impossible to get a plant of that size into a family car let alone 6. The lack of delivery option is just dumb
