Homebase - Derby Chaddesden Reviews 

I recently purchased a new kitchen from the Homebase Chaddesden branch in Derby where we met Susan Johnson as our design consultant. Our new kitchen is not yet installed as I'm still in the preparation phase. During my first delivery two cupboard doors were damaged, I contacted Susan and within 3 days the replacement doors were delivered, that is excellent service. Susan is an expert on the design computer and came up with some really good ideas for our design. I look forward to the completion of our project and if any problems arise I know Susan will be there to help.

Excellent today , Michelle and another lady I think Debbie helped me with my light and getting the right bulb.

Click and collect excellent as always ready when I get there. Such friendly staff and so helpful, had a couple of clearance items that wouldn’t scan and was sorted out very quickly with no bother. I always use Homebase Chaddesden.

Just want to say how great the staff were in the Derby wyvern store,need paint mixing and machine would not work ,staff rebooted machine and went out of their way to make sure I got my paint ,even gave me 10% off for me having to wait .

Great customer service - Alex was really polite and helpful! He was happy to show me where the items I was looking for were and helped carry a heavy cabinet to the car.
