Homebase - Derby Chaddesden Reviews 

Usual let down, they say uk delivery, what they mean is England only, take the money and then refund a couple of days later sating their courier doesnt pass the border, they know this so why does it come as a surprise eh!! Useless cowboy company, could always use a more reputable courier "if they wanted" steer clear of this company unless you want to be dissapointed. And as for ebay allowing this and accepting them to say the buyer wanted a refund, just a copout by them. As i say a cowboy company.

Was in a hurry and very helpful staff, Alex, pointed me in right direction with very clear instructions.

Item was severely rusted at the bottom making it not usable
The others they had in stock were the same
Cannot fault the staff at all they were brilliant as it wasn’t their fault and they did what they could to help

The process of collection was easy however when unboxing the item it is damaged - scratched and scuffed.

I had recently visited Homebase Derby to get some flooring on my lunch break. I was struggling to calculate how much flooring I needed to purchase. I asked Reece from kitchens to help, he looked up my kitchen measurements for me, calculated how much flooring I needed, he helped me locate a trolley and just did what he could to be helpful. His colleagues on the till were also really friendly and I wish I lived closer to this Homebase to use it more often.

Reece informed me he has only recently moved to the branch and in my opinion is a great addition to the team!

We were served by Michelle and Helen today. It was Helen’s first day with Michelle helping her. Helen was polite and processed our transaction quickly apologising for the very short wait that we’d had while she was dealing with a refund. It was clear that Michelle was patient and great at explaining things

Very polite and professional on arrival to the store at wyvern store in derby very nice girl bought my compost to my car as I'm disabled and loaded them into my car for me could not thank her enough unfortunately my neighbour took them out of my car for me as the bags were wet through think they were stored outside it would help if you stored them under sheltered position
