Homebase - Derby Chaddesden Reviews 

Bought a sofa and needed to put the date of the delivery back, spoke to someone on the phone at Customer Service and also went into store. They were brilliant and I got iit booked for my desired day. Lucy, Tracey and everyone in the Drrby store Wyvern all great. Also had a chair on click and collect and a member of staff took it out to my car. Cannot fault them at all

Michelle was very professional to explain the products of different wall paper to me and remind me to reserve spare rolls with same batch numbers in order to avoid colour difference. When I return the extra rolls and the refund policy is just simple and hassle free. Really appreciate!

Excellent service from Alexander Garner, who went “above & beyond” in finding a replacement table top for my recently purchased garden set. I spoke with Alex in store and he checked stocks and spares but it appeared there was no replacement stock anywhere. He took my details and said he’d investigate further, I was delighted to receive an email to say he’d located one and it was being delivered to store. Leanne Hart (who was also a great help) advised when the table was ready for collection and also assisted in loading onto our van. Many thanks and much gratitude to them both and to all the other pleasant, polite staff at Homebase Wyvern Retail Park, Derby.

Don't normally write reviews but since you've asked "how did we do?" I don't mind telling you.

Placed a click and collect order. Email says ready within 1 hour. 1 hour elapsed. No message. Drive down and it's "not been picked". Wait around for her to go and get it from the shelf, which I could have done myself. No apology. Dead behind the eyes.

2 stars for fair price and the correct product.

Purchased the Spirit Garden Corner Sofa Set. Went in by myself, so needed some help to get the very heavy box on to the trolley and into the car. James was very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. Even opened a till to allow me to pay quickly before helping me to the car. Thanks James - will definitely be back based upon your service alone! 5+ stars! 👏

Helpfulness of staff was really good. Went to Kingsway store in Derby and bought the last bistro set in store. I actually needed 2 so they immediately contacted Chaddesden store and reserved the last one in stock there. Caroline a staff member was expecting our arrival and she whole thing was sorted brilliantly.

I was brought the bbq on a trolley at the tills and left to take it and load it into my car. The box was much heavier than I thought and actually weighs 47kg. It was a real struggle for me at 58. Fortunately I didn’t injure myself.
