Ordered some materials on click and collect, really straightforward and the really helpful and polite.

What incredible staff, they could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble 😊

We had purchased some sockets but did not use them. Went in for a refund but had no receipt. Their computer system was able to identify the purchase and refund received with thanks. The staff especially Lucy were very helpful and pleasant. We then found the light bulbs we needed from their good selection.

Went for fixings to fix a toilet seat and after a certain type of screws and the staff were nowhere to be found in the bathroom section, and the staff on the tills were not useful at all and knew nothing about what I was asking. B & Q is 1,000,000,000 times better and safe to say I won't be going here again.

My partner an I visited this store for wallpaper originally, we ended up looking at furniture which we did purchase aswell. The assistant that helped us with our purchases was Josh! I would just like to give him a shout out! he was very helpful, chatty, polite and full of enthusiasm to help us get what we wanted. They were particularly busy on this day, the other staff were great but stood out to us. We would visite this store again

Friendly staff, and very quick service.

We went in to buy some paint, we chose to have one mixed up specially. Doug served us and explained everything. Michelle was out checkout operator. Very pleasant and helpful

After initially putting a deposit down on a kitchen at Wren me and my husband were having second thoughts so we visited Homebase in Chaddesden. Sue looked after us from the get go and helped us pick an even better kitchen at a lower cost. It was a no brainer to get our money back from Wren and switch to Homebase. All because the service from Sue was brilliant 👏 thank so much!!!!

Helen was very helpful showing us where the last few items we needed were for pms ting our garden a bit late in the season. She explained the various plants and suitability for the garden areas we have well and didn’t leave till we had all the info we needed.

We recently purchased a kitchen from the Derby Chaddesden Store. Susan our sales consultant really looked after us and made sure everything selected matched our needs and budget. We didn't have much to spend but she ensured we got great value for our money and we were never given the hard sell (which we have experienced elsewhere before going to Homebase!). Highly recommend, she totally took the stress out the situation for us and made it an enjoyable experience. The products are lovely and great quality, we are very pleased with ours so wanted to take the time to recommend!

We had a new kitchen fitted into an old cottage which due to its age came with a few problems; fortunately our advisor, Sue Johnson was on the case and with her wide knowledge and experience ensured we had a successful installation with no hitches. It was a seamless completion and we were extremely pleased with the results.

Overall my experience was amazing, beautiful product, reasonable price with the discount, online transaction was straight forward and collection was easy. The downside is that after I started to assemble the sitting set there was a missing two screws, big disappointment for a what supposed to be quality product.
On the other side I was impressed by the help I got from Dave and Rachel on collection and uploading the product onto my car. They were very patient and helpful with a smile, and actually we had fun and laugh, Homebase is lucky to have them.

The lady who served me went out of her way to help. Truly grateful 😊

Having had conflicting information about stock of some items of furniture while trying to order on line and collect, I visited the store and found the items on the upper level, so I asked Alex about buying and he collected from store room and delivered to my car. Iqra at the till was also very pleasant and helpfull in processing payment.

Michelle and Joy could not do enough for me to ensure I got everything I needed for my wall paper project thank you

Such helpful staff, thank you Joy and Rachel for helping me find the items I wanted which were almost sold out and made sure the pricing was consistent with the online price..love my new garden furniture set!
