we found Rachel and James very helpfull. we are in our seventies and could not lift the boxes of tiles ourselves. they were efficient and friendly. would highly recommend this store.

The staff here are always kind but Michelle was the star today keep on shining!

Would not buy a kitchen from homebase. We have a navy shaker kitchen and it's not been in a year and I've never seen such poor quality. The marks on it is horrendous and even splitting in places. 15 year guarantee? It won't see another year!!!!!!

I shop at this Homebase on a regular basis. The staff are always super helpful especially Michelle, and the range of products is excellent.

I’m renovating a house at the moment, which means lots of trips to Homebase to fuel the DIY!
I’ve had paint mixed a number of times by Erik and he is always super helpful, letting me know how many coats will be needed , how the paint will look when it is first put and and how long it will take to dry to it’s true colour. He is always a pleasure and one of the reasons I keep coming back here to get my paint. Michelle at the checkout is always lovely and smiley too!

Ted’s customer service for paint mixing is always great. Gives advice, helps and makes suggestions. Very efficient and polite

Had a bit of a nightmare just recently choosing paint for a few rooms in my house... Went in to homebase and JOY went out of her way to help me with my decision on paint.
Then on a second visit I went to see if I could just exchange a tin that I hadn't opened MICHELLE and LUCY took their time to listen to me, they didn't rush me and helped me with my exchange and choice of a new paint colour. Really helpful staff throughout.

Took a rotary drier back under warranty yesterday. Lucy Michelle who helped us was fantastic, even down to checking the replacement before we left. She also gave us a new warranty, not just a continuation of the original. Always a smile on her face too.

Dave went above and beyond to help us. We were looking for two tins of matching paint and could only find one. Michelle looked it up and said there should be two. Dave hunted around the store and the top shelves to find it but it wasn’t there. He could have just let us leave but instead he said he’d check the recent delivery. He found it on the delivery notes and then proceeded to unload the pallet to find it for us. Excellent service from Dave. Thanks again.

Smooth click and collect transaction when purchasing a lawn mower. However, website states old items can be recycled by taking them into the store but the staff were confused as this isn’t possible.

I was assisted and served by Michelle on my visit today. She was so bright, bubbly and smiley, she made me laugh which really made my day. I will be coming back and hope to see her again. What a lovely lady. I wish all stores had a Michelle.

I had decided to come to Homebase to compare their kitchen range to others that we had quotes from, and ended up buying a kitchen from them due to their expertise. I had quotes from Howdens and B&Q and was just popping into Homebase as a final check on prices, however the service I received from Susan Johnson was amongst the best I've ever experienced. Her insight and talent for kitchen design were second to none and she gave me real reassurance when making such a large purchase. I would recommend Homebase and particularly Susan to anybody, she made my kitchen update so much better than I could have ever imagined, and was the differentiating factor compared to the other kitchens I'd looked at.
