Homebase - Derby Chaddesden Reviews 

Michelle at the customer service desk was so helpful and friendly, my query was dealt with quickly and professionally. I was really pleased with the service I received, I will definitely use Homebase Chaddesden again. Thanks

Bought a trolley of plants some reduced but at checkout the mark downs did not come up automatically and had to be manually done. Would be ok but got home and been overcharged £5 on one reduced plant 🙄

I came into the Derby branch yesterday for the first time in a very long time and was greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful member of staff called Michelle. I will certainly be using this store more often now!

I went looking for a specific item I asked a lady Michelle behind the counter if she could guide me to what I was looking for she was so helpful came across like it was a pleasure to help customers and most of all saved me time very impressed

We made a trip to homebase to pick up some flowers but as newbies we didn't quite know what we were looking for. Michelle was amazing, she was so helpful and gave us lots of advice and helped us pick out some perfect flowers! She was very friendly and never seemed too busy to go the extra mile. Great staff, so helpful & friendly. Seem to be very busy and possibly short-staffed but Rachel was particularly helpful and apologetic when she had to answer phones whilst helping us place an order

What makes my visit to Homebase Derby are the people who work there. They are very friendly and helpful. Today I was greeted by Michelle as I walked in and as always she’s always keen to help and interested in whatever you are visiting the store for and makes it an enjoyable experience. Friendly staff. I didn’t know where washing lines were so asked the member of staff I saw instead of just pointing somewhere she took me right to the location and seemed really happy to help me which is rare. Michelle at the till was really friendly and helpful and pointed me in the right direction for turf which I would have left without otherwise. Thankyou

Order was ready on time collection a doddle. Often use homebase and will continue to do so.

Went on for sharp sand ,got four bags for the price of three.Michelle who served us gave us a piece of plastic to protect our boot as the bags were wet. Very friendly excellent service.

Excellent service and well mannered delivery service

Booked 6 floating shelves yesterday for collection day at 1000hours. Got a phone call at 0905 hour this morning stating they were missing one unit !!
After a bit of messing about I ended up collecting 5 units from the Chaddesden store & the other one from the Kingsway store !!! NOT really a good for a click and collect service!!
Then found out the Kingsway store had all 6 units in stock and I could have saved myself the journey out to Chaddesden!!🤬
