Homebase - Derby Chaddesden Reviews 

Picked up click and collect order today, coat hook and shelf unit. got home to find 2 hooks snapped and a huge chunk in the shelf. This was not a boxed item and gutted I didn’t inspect in store. Poor quality management

Great service from Alex today who dropped everything to show me where the discounted planters were. He even got the ones I wanted out of a pile of others as I couldn't reach them.

Much as I dislike shopping for “diy” type stuff, I find the staff in this store are friendly, helpful, positive and polite even when dealing with questions from a complete novice. Always smiling service at the till as well, especially the delightful and cheery Michelle.

Caroline is always a pleasure to deal with. Really helpful all of the time.

Prompt service with friendly, helpful staff. Michelle that served me was polite, attentive and knowledgeable Didn’t wait long at all for my order to be ready to collect.

Michelle was great and let us know it was 3 for 2 on the paint we were getting. We nearly missed out on a free tin.
I also wish I knew the name of the lady who had helped us the day before as well. We were looking for wallpaper but the one we wanted was out of stock. She helped us locate some at Homebase Kingsway and got them to put one aside for us.

Dave in the lighting department was extremely helpful yesterday. He explained that the light bulbs are was looking for are no longer in use. He showed me the new type and reassured me that even though the new one's looked different they would fit.

We now don’t go anywhere else for paint only homebase on a Saturday when Eric is working! Eric is so knowledgeable and helpful, he has so much experience which makes it easier to choose colours! Eric is such a credit to the store!

Bought assembled bbq. Great help from Dave and Michelle plus other lady on counter. Helped disassemble enough to get un the car. Great service. Refreshing not to be told you can't take that one as its our display model. Thanks for your help. Mick

Used the store today to both shop for items and collect from the Cluck and Collect desk. Michelle served us and was very helpful, especially as we had over ordered something so she quickly returned these for us and gave the refund. Excellent service thank you.
