Good variety of products in each section, staff polite and friendly and very helpful.

Katie and her colleagues helped me get all the paints and stuff I needed last minute which I especially appreciated as the store was close to closing time.

Store manager Caroline one of the most helpful people I have come across in a long time. Offering advice and assistance for me to do a long distance order which I would never have thought about doing. 5* service and a credit to Homebase.

Following a curtesy call and a gentle reminder to collect my goods, I was met by a very helpful and efficient young woman who very quickly dealt with my order and offered to carry it out to my car. Thankyou Nikki.

I visited Homebase in Dunfermline to get paint mixed and in my initial visit was assisted by Kirsty who was amazing . She even took my sample paint , put it on thick lining paper , took it away to be dried off under a hand dryer and made sure she got as close a match as possible whilst explaining the whole process and the figures on the screen. On my second visit for the same I was assisted by Cameron who again went beyond to get as close a match as possible and offered the best value options as well . The staff were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I cannot recommend this store and its staff highly enough !

The order was ready to collect within an hour, and it was very easy to pick up in store. I appreciated the offer to help me out to my car - especially as the item was quite bulky and heavy - without being asked. That'why I keep going back to them!

We quite often, use Homebase for work and it is always nice to see Rebecca at the shopping till. She is always polite and curteous , she is a credit to Homebase Dunfermline.

I went to the Dunfermline store twice in the last week to get paint for decorating my daughters room. Both times I could not have been happier with the servicenu received both at the Dulux paint mixing desk and at the checkout. My paints were mixed efficiently and Janice was lovely and we had a nice chat whilst the mixer was doing it's work. I had picked up too many items and couldn't find a trolley so she even helped me to the checkout then went outside to get me a trolley so I could take all my items to my car!
Rebecca at the checkout was also very helpful and efficient.

Easy and straight forward to use click and collect, staff member was half asleep though, it was early on Sunday morning but wasn't particularly pleasant welcome to be treated by someone yawning!

Staff were super helpful when I bought my garden patio set. Helped me out to car with the furniture, which required 2 trips and helped me both times. Really went over and above to assist me. Also during visit I was asked if I needed help with anything a number of times.

I was in shopping for paint for my daughter as she had new
Flat I purchased paint at 2.5L I was advised from Shelly l think was the girls name about paint. She was very helpful and I explained about my daughter getting her first flat Shelly told me about her first flat and gave her personal advice to me which really helped. She did seem quite shy to begin with but once we spoke more it was ok. I have a daughter same age which is why I could relate with Shelly. She did ask another staff member Elaine who confirmed what Shelly said. Good to see Elaine support Shelly. Always have great customer service there. Thank you Homebase.
